Summary: Buffy is happily engaged to be married to the Immortal - a.k.a. David - but there something that’s missing, something that she lost long ago and needs to take back. Buffy returns to L.A, unaware of the presence of another certain vampire, to set the score with her soul mate once and for all. Maybe he isn’t getting any older, but she is. How will Spike’s return affect her new life? Is a life in Rome really what she wished for?
FYI; Spike is corporeal, Illyria has (unfortunately) taken over Fred’s body so this story is taking place around late season 5. This story will focus on Spike/Angel/Buffy, but also reveal what happened to the others…well, what I think happened anyways.
