Summary: Before Buffy Summers moved to Sunnydale, she slayed a number of vampires, with the help of her boyfriend Pyke. Then an ancient and powerful vampire took Pyke`s life and is coming for Buffy. A mysterious stranger watches in the darkness as the events unfold and he is also infatuated with Buffy. How will Buffy defeat this vampire and who is this stranger who haunts her steps. This story takes place right before Buffy and Joyce move to Sunnydale.
