I write for kicks (duh!), am working on my first real novel and am loving it dearly but at the same time am frustrated because it’s inevitably a learning process with a lot of writing and re-writing involved – but ultimately watching it take shape is a wonderful thing.
I’ve been on the site for about a year now, though I used to duck in and read afew fics from time to time before that… I mostly write poetry, simply because of the time factor and my dedication to my aforementioned novel.
There’s more to tell of course, but it’d probably read even more boring than the above – so I won’t subject you to it.
One last note: If you’ve ever got an idea for a fic that needs some development or you want a beta reader or anything like that – let me know and I’m happy to help you out (full-time work and budding novel time constraints notwithstanding!!!!!)
