*now exiting Buffy's POV*
Buffy stood in the corner watching all the young couples slow dance. Oh how she longed to be with Angel right now. But she couldn't act selfish. She went to the bar and ordered a couple of drinks. She again gazed at the dance floor. Well it wouldn't hurt to dance with someone would it? Maybe Angel has a girlfriend...well it wouldn't be a date. Just to dance that's all

As the music played, a familiar someone stood at the opposite corner...

He longed to dance with Buffy too. But she was probably busy with her friends. He came here to check up on Buffy, without her seeing him. He figured if he saw her, she'd go all emotional and so would he. But he couldn't dance with another person. Only with the woman he loved.

Buffy moved to the dance floor. Angel moved closer to the dance floor too. They both thought, 'Oh my love. Where are you? I wish you were here...'
Then all of a sudden, they saw each other. He grinned happily. Although they knew that they could not see each other for long Angel said,
"Wanna dance?"
Buffy replied, "Sure."
*they music went on*

Buffy and Angel looked at each other and were silent. Although they never spoke a word from then on, they knew what each other were going to say.
