"Alright Willow. I am playing the Nekrataal so please get rid of your Maro." said Xander triumphantly. He was done 18 to 5 and he knew that the Maro would eliminate him from the game.
"Oh!!!", Willow stated disgustedly. The Maro was at 6/6 and would have defeated him. She wished she had some counter spells.
"Well hopefully this will help destroy you sooner." continued Xander.
Xander started to place the card on the table when suddenly a pirate appeared and not only did the Maro disappear but also Willow.
Xander looked down at the card then at the pirate and they were identical. "Willow???", Xander asked meekly. "What happened".
"She my good lad has been destroyed. That is what you stated. This is Magic you know strange things can happen." said the Nekraatal triumphantly. "She is in the graveyard."
"Graveyard??" Xander stammered. "We have to get her out now."
"Where is Will...", Giles started to state when he saw the strange pirate in his library. "Who are you?? and where is Willow?"
Before Xander could speak the Nekrataal said boastingly. "I am Wilfred Nekrataal!! Your young friend banished this Willow to the graveyard!. That was a good move son you were about to lose." The Nekrataal finished stating patting Xander on the back. "Good move son."
"Could someone explain. Oh Magic that explains it. I thought this was only a game but maybe it isn't." Giles stated looking at the cards. "We have to get her out of the graveyard where is this graveyard?"
Bursting into laughter Wilfred put his arms around Giles shoulder and whispered, "You do not know where your town graveyard is? And you call yourself a librarian."
"How do we get rid of you?" Giles asked getting away from the pirate.
"Does she have any cards in her hand that will counter or help her get out of the graveyard?" the Nekrataal asked matter of factly.
"No. She doesn't." Xander responded both in rage and deep sorrow.
"Well i am here to stay. Well does this world need pirates? This place has libraries. Umm Corporate Raider Takes Over Apple," Wilfred states looking down at the newspaper. "A Corporate Raider well if he can take over a lowly fruit then maybe i should raid him."
"First we are going to the graveyard and dig her out." Giles stated while running to the janitors for shovels.
"Wait. The card is still in my hand. Its not yet played. Which means the effect has not taken place. Nekrataal you cheated!!", Xander stated with his left hand holding the card triumphantly and with the other hand pointing accussingly at Wilfred Nekrataal.
Giles looked at Xander and with a hope in his eyes and voice stated, "Xander are you sure. I have never played the game. Are you absolutely sure?"
"Yes" Xander stated putting the card in his hand.
Suddenly the pirate was gone and Willow reappeared. "Why are you standing up. You know you are showing your cards. You just have two swamps left. I have two incinerates. I was going to incinerate you on your next turn."
Giles and Xander ran over plucking the cards from her hand.
"Allow me." Xander said to Giles. He then tore up the cards.
"HEY", Willow said rather loudly. She could not believe what they had just done. Her cards and her victory.
Xander then looked back at the Nekrataal to destroy that his cards and realized that the pirate had disappeared and in its place was a man with a suitcase and briefcase but the person was still Wilfred.
Xander and Giles explained the situation to Willow and after some detailed explaining Willow finally believed this weird story.
"Are you two absolutely positive this was not an attempt to make me lose the game?" Willow asked accussingly to Xander.
"Giles?", Willow said with a huge smile on her face "Get the car we are going to Microsoft and visit Bill Gates." looking down at the Nekraatal card.
Giles took the card from her and there on the picture was Wilfred with a briefcase and a suitcoat on.
