This story takes place 3 week after the "Angel" episode. This has nothing to do with the episodes that happened after "Angel." Buffy is in her room looking out her window at the rain.

"Why can't we be together? We both love each other so we should be together. I don't care if he's a vampire I love him and I'm gonna go to him. Good thing the rain stopped." Buffy said to herself
Buffy grabbed her leather jacket (The one Angel gave her) opened her window & left her house to look for Angel's apartment.
"Now I should be able to sense him. I know he lives near The Bronze" She thought
As Buffy made her way to The Bronze she sensed an evil an evil that couldn't be Angel. She took the stake out of her pocket.
"Ya know I really didn't feel like slaying tonight but noooooo you people have to pick the worst times. So we might as well get this done with. Show yourself!" Buffy shouted
A vampire jumped at Buffy from behind and threw her to the ground.
"Give it up Slayer!" The vampire growled
"Oh no you didn't! I am so not seeing this. Son of a Bitch you made me break a nail!" Buffy yelled with great enthusiasm
Buffy sprung to her feet tackled the vampire and rammed the stake through its heart.
"That'll teach you to mess with me! Now back to lookin for Angel"
Buffy went to all the apartments near The Bronze after an hour and a half she finally sensed Angel. She went up to the door of his apartment and knocked
When Angel opened the door he was overwhelmed.
"Buffy!" Angel yelled
Buffy wrapped her arms around Angel and gave him a hug
"I missed you so much!" Buffy said
"I missed you too." Angel said
"Angel...I..."
"What?"
"I love you Angel"
Angel stood there looking into Buffy's emerald eyes then he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her. Buffy felt so safe when she was with Angel and when he kissed her, her troubles left her for that moment.
When the kiss ended Buffy burst into tears.
"Buffy, what's wrong?" Angel asked
"I never want us to be apart I love you too much. I don't care that your a vampire and I'm the slayer all that matters to me is that I love you and you love me. You do love me don't you Angel?"
Angel loved when Buffy said his name the way it just rolled off her lips. He never wanted them to be apart either. He loved her so much.
"Buffy I love you with all my heart and soul" Angel told her
Buffy looked up at Angel and then their lips met.
"Buffy I want to take you somewhere."
"Where?"
"Just follow me." He said
Angel took Buffy to the top of a cliff overlooking all of Sunnydale.
"Wow, it's beautiful. how did you find it." Buffy asked
"I come up here when I want to think about things its safe up here."
"Good I'm glad."
Angel laid against a tree & Buffy rested her head on his chest. Angel wrapped his arms around her. They sat there for awhile.
"Angel?" Buffy asked
"Yes?"
"Show me your true face. I need to see it."
Angel changed his face to the form of a vampire
Buffy sat up and looked at him
She pulled him towards her and kissed him showing all of her love.
When the kiss ended Angel stroked her cheek.
"I love you." he said
Buffy grabbed him and gave him a sensual long kiss.
"Buffy I wish I could watch the sunrise with you. Just to see the sun light up your face."
"You will one day."
"Buffy this may be a silly question but am I invited back into your home?"
"Oh course you are. Your invited wherever I go"
"You look so beautiful in the light of the moon." Angel said
"So do you"
Buffy sat up and looked into Angel's eyes
"You have such beautiful deep brown eyes." She said
Buffy ran her fingers through Angel's hair
"You have silky jet black hair and milky white skin your so...angelic."
Buffy wrapped her arms around Angel's neck and then their lips met again.
"Never let me go." She said
"I wont."
Buffy fell asleep in his arms

When she awoke she found herself in her own bed and on her night stand she found a single red rose.
Buffy sprung out of bed and got ready for school
"Wow Buffy that's so romantic. That's something I would like to do with Xander." Willow said
"Willow, Willow, Willow You really should tell him." Buffy said
"No no no no no Then I'll die before he gives me an answer
"Here comes Xander" Buffy said
"So what are you peoples up to?" Xander asked
"Buffy spent the night with Angel." Willow said
Xander's mouth drops open
"No it's not what your thinking Mr. Dirty Mind. He brought me up to a cliff overlooking Sunnydale and we stayed there for the night and I fell asleep in his arms and when I woke up I found a rose on my night stand." Buffy said
"Awww how cute. Xander said I a sarcastic voice Buffy! Hello?! Wake up and smell the prozac! That is the oldest trick played in the book!"
Willow elbows him Buffy laughs
"Xander your sweet. I'm glad I have you as my friend." Buffy said
Buffy gives Xander a kiss on the cheek.
Xander blushes.
"Thanks Buffy I'm glad your my FRIEND too!" Xander said
"You going to The Bronze tonight Buffy?" Willow asked
"Yeah anyone mind if Angel comes along?"
"Sure. Xander?" Willow said
"OK OK"
* * *
"Angel are you home?" Buffy yells
Angel opens the door
"Hi Buffy (they kiss) what's up?"
"C'mon were going to The Bronze."
"You sure you want me with you?"
"Of coarse! I love you and I want to dance with you."
"OK" Angel said
* * *
"Hi guys. Well you sorta know Angel so here he is. Angel Willow, Willow Angel." Buffy said
"Hi!" Willow said
"Hey." Angel replied
"Angel Xander, Xander Angel"
"Hello." Xander said
"Hi." Angel replies
"You Were Meant For Me" Comes on in The Bronze.
"Angel lets dance I love this song." Buffy says
"OK"
They step out onto the dance floor Buffy wraps her arms Angel's neck & Angel puts his hands on her waist
"What's wrong?" Buffy asks
"Well I just feel out of place with your friends."
"Do you want to go somewhere else?"
"Can we?"
"Sure how about a moon lit stroll on the beach?"
"Great!"
Buffy and Angel go over to Xander and Willow
"You guys were gonna book." Buffy says
"OK Bye Buffy Bye Angel. Willow says
"I.." Xander says
Willow puts her hand over Xander's mouth
"Have a good time!" Willow says
"We will Bye"
Angel and Buffy leave
* * *
(At the beach)
Angel and Buffy are walking on rocks and Buffy slips Angel catch's Buffy and lifts her up into her arms.
"My Hero!" Buffy says
"Any time."
They Kiss
"I never want us to be apart." Buffy says
"Neither do I" Angel says"
They Kiss a long slow kiss
