I don't own Buffy, like any of you actually thought I did.(note the sarcasm there) Don't sue cause I'm basically broke(I think I have about three dollars in pennies) All I own is my stereo, and my stories and stuff. Hope this doesn't suck, here goes...

Someone once said that without passion we are truly dead. They were right, at least figuratively so, if not literally. When you stop caring about things, people, and life in general, you die inside. And eventually that can cause you to die literally. Especially if you are the slayer, and the number two item on the job description ( right after kill all demons, vampires and other things that go bump in the night ) is 'SURVIVE' written in big bold letters. It is very simple when you stop caring if you live or die, you die. But hey, in the grand scheme of things does it really matter, when she dies another will be called, and the cycle will start all over again. And that's the catch, she knows how hard this life she lives is. She has seen more horror than even the most devoted slasher movie fan could imagine in their worst nightmares. She has lost almost everything more than once. And she can't and won't take the easy way out and let this "Duty" ruin some other girls life. So night after night she fights back her tears and pushes away the pain and anger, and does her job. She is Buffy Summers, the Vampire Slayer.
