We are reorganizing our North American operations in preparation for the upcoming merger.
Branch offices are being consolidated to improve efficiency of our operations. Operations
for the Western part of the continent will now be coordinated from the new Las Vegas
regional office. See attachment A for further details.
We are also introducing a "Quality Circle" program in all remaining Branch offices. Just
because we're evil doesn't mean that we can't use the latest management techniques. Remember
that designing quality in is better than correcting mistakes afterwards. See Attachment B
for further details.

and our resources need to be devoted to blocking them. In addition, the merger with the
Nyarlathotep consortium has been cancelled although we are still exploring a joint venture.
