Buffy Summers was asleep next to her beautiful daughter, Sarah, when she heard a tapping at her window. She got up quietly, and slowly and walked over to the window. She let out a gasp when she saw who it was.
"Angel. Spike! What are you two doing here?" She whispered.
"Come to the front door, we have to talk." Said Angel. Buffy didn't argue, she had never seen the look of determination like the one she saw now in his eyes.
Buffy opened the door and let the 2 guys into her house. "Please keep quiet, Sarah and her brother Cameron are trying to sleep." She told them.
"Buffy, me and Spike have been thinking about the past that we've all had, and we can't seem to settle on something." Angel started, but Spike interrupted.
"Stop beating around the bloody bush! Angel and I want to know if you still have feeling's for either of us. We know you have a family to raise, and we both respect and love that, but we think the kids need a father figure in the house, and we...we both still love you." Spike finished, somewhat lamely. Buffy was confused. She stood up and went into the kitchen. She came back with 2 cups of coffee.
"Drink these, one has a man's wedding ring, i had bought, just in case Xander had ever lost his. I dont know which cup has it in there, i switched them around. I still love both of you guys, and now that Xander and Willow have run off together, I'm allowed to have you both in my house. Drink up!" She said. Both guys drank as fast as possible, but niether of them got very far, because they both started to hiccup. So they dumped the coffee into a plant beside them, and both looked, astonished into their cups.
They reached in and both of them pulled out a man's wedding band. Spike's was silver, and Angel's was gold. They looked at Buffy questioningly, Buffy smiled.
I love you both too much to decide on judt one of you, so guess what? your both my fiances now.
Both guys smiled and hugged her tightly. " Buffy, you know that we're going to need a bigger bed. Right?" All 3 of them laughed happily.
