It's Friday afternoon. Easter is this Sunday. Buffy Summers, the Vampire Slayer, and her two best friends, Xander Harris and Willow Rosenburg sit around the table in the Library at Sunnydale High School. Willow is looking kind of sad and angry at herself. Buffy is about to ask what's wrong when Giles, Buffy's Watcher, walks out of his office with a cup of tea and a newspaper.
GILES: Buffy, I have a job for you.
Buffy rolls her eyes.
BUFFY: Great.
GILES: I need you to go to the mall-
BUFFY: Yay! Shopping! I like this alternate universe Giles.
GILES: Sorry to break it to you and your adolescence but it is not to shop.
BUFFY: Humph. Then if it's not to shop, what's the point?
GILES: There are five people missing. They were last spotted at the mall. Go and and look for anything suspicous.
XANDER: Haha. Have fun Buff.
GILES: You will be going to Xander.
XANDER: Come on! What did I do?
Buffy laughs a little
BUFFY: For being you.
Xander glares at her. Willow perks up a little.
WILLOW: Can I go to Giles?
GILES: Of course Willow.
Willow smiles. She looks happier.
BUFFY: Wait... Why arn't you going?
GILES: I have things to attend to.
BUFFY: Whatever. Lets go guys. Let us leave Giles with his “important work.”
They get up and start walking out.
GILES: Do be careful.
BUFFY: You know us.

It is now dark. The mall is jam-packed with those annoying last second holiday shoppers. Buffy, Willow and Xander walk down the corriders of the crowded mall.
BUFFY: How are we suppose to look for clues with all these people crowding around?
XANDER: Can me and Willow go home? We've been here for four hours and nothing. And I don't do good with crowds.
BUFFY: No! That would be so unfair. Just because Giles made us come here to do the work for him doesn't mean you can just bail, and besides, walking around the mall alone is high school suicide.
Xander looks over and leans to Willow.
XANDER: Told you.
WILLOW: Xander... Don't blame that on me. Just because you can't tell her how you fe-
Xander nudges Willow's arm and Willow stops herself. Buffy looks at Xander with surprised look.
WILLOW: (cont'd) -el about crowds doesn't mean I don't want to go. And I think we are doing something right.
XANDER: Well can I at least go see the Easter Bunny?
BUFFY: What do you think the answer to that will be?
They keep walking down the mall looking for clues. They are silent for about 3 minutes until Xander gasps. Buffy turns to him alarmed.
BUFFY: What is it?!
Buffy asks as she gets ready for a fight.
XANDER: OH-MY-GOD!
Buffy hears Willow giggle and turns around, confused. Willow points.
WILLOW: Look.
Buffy sees the sign, KB Toys.
XANDER: The new G.I Joe! I thought he didn't come out for another couple weeks! I will be right back.
Buffy and Willow roll their eyes as Xander pushes his way into the store. Somebody runs into Willow.
WILLOW: Ouch
It's Cordelia, and to make it even better, Harmony is right next to her.
CORDELIA: Willow, I think you're going the wrong way, Sears is that way.
Harmony laughs. Willow puts her head down. Buffy felt bad.
BUFFY: Cordelia, maybe instead spending daddy's money at Bitches R' Us you could get a real hobby.
Buffy smiled to herself, she liked that one.
CORDELIA: Buffy, maybe instead of hanging out with complete losers you could get real hobby, learning to dress better and not getting kicked out of school.
HARMONY: Yeah what she said.
It took all of Buffy's strength not to hit both of them. But lucky for her Xander came, with an angry look. Guess he didn't have enough, but it's better for him. Buffy thought to herself. But as Xander was walking back to them, instead of getting insulted by Cordelia, he tripped over someones foot and stumbled into Cordelia knocking her drink all over Harmony's outfit.
HARMONY: OH MY GOD! LOOK WHAT YOU DID YOU BIG GEEK! THIS WAS MY FAVORITE!
She ran away crying. Cordelia kicked Xander in the shins and took off. Xander whimpered.
CORDELIA: HARMONY!
Willow laughed.
BUFFY: You are SO my favorite person today.
XANDER: Arn't I always?
Buffy looks at Willow then back to Xander.
BUFFY: No.
They started walking again. Searching for any clues.
BUFFY: So Willow, what was wrong earlier in the Library? You looked kind of upset.
WILLOW: Oh. it's nothing.
XANDER: Oh come on. I wont make you feel too bad.
WILLOW: Oh alright... I got an B+ on my Bio test.
XANDER: Oh alright... I got an F- on MY Bio test.
Buffy laughed.
BUFFY: Don't worry Willow. You will always be the smart one. WAY smarter then Giles, who is probably at home reading instead of helping US here.
XANDER: He's too old.
WILLOW: Hey! I've learned a lot from him! Like today he was explaining to me what a-
A loud, high pitched scream came out of no where. Quickly followed but a stampede of annoying shoppers screaming for their lives. Buffy, Willow and Xander dodge them by running into Brookstone. Xander lands on a bed.
XANDER: OOO Comfy!
Willow smacks the back of his head. They wait for the people to pass. They walk out of the store, well Buffy and Willow do and then they have to go back and drag Xander out. But when all three of them walk out, the mall is deserted. Bags lay on the floor from people who ran for their lives.
XANDER: Can I take stuff?
BUFFY: Xander, shut up. You're not my favorite person anymore.
Xander frowns.
WILLOW: Doesn't this mall have sercuity?
BUFFY: Guess not. Or they chickened out, which wouldn't be good.
They hear someone yell "HELP ME?!" Buffy is the first one to take off running. She can hear Willow and Xander close behind. Buffy stops with a confused look on her face.
BUFFY: What the?
XANDER: Woah.
They see the Easter Bunny dragging a girl, Aura, into a store.
WILLOW: The Easter Bunny is behind this?
XANDER: Makes sense if you think about it.
BUFFY: No, it really doesn't.
AURA: Help me! I hate bunnies!
They run after the bunny. When they get inside the store, they're gone.
WILLOW: Where did they go?
BUFFY: I don't know.
XANDER: We have to help her!
WILLOW: Didn't you use to like her?
XANDER: Oh please, I would never date a girl who has a fear of bunnies.
BUFFY: Guys please! Look around for any clues.
They spread out to look around. Willow spots a drop of blood.
WILLOW: Ick.
After another 5 minutes of looking around. Xander spots a shelf, it's empty, besides one book. He says to himself...
XANDER: Hmm. Why not? I've seen enough tv.
He walks over to it and pulls it. A secret door opens.
XANDER: Sweet!
WILLOW: How did you find that?
XANDER: Tv.
BUFFY: Of course. Only you Xander. Now lets go.
All three walk through. Buffy leading the way. They are in a long hall way. A creepy hall way. Cobwobs, and wooden panels.
WILLOW: Something right out of Scooby Doo.
BUFFY: Yeah a creepy Scooby Doo episode. But this is reality.
XANDER: I hate reality.
Normally Buffy and Willow would laugh, but not now.
They hear shouting coming from down the hall. They speed up their pace. There are lots of doors. Maybe 30.
BUFFY: Let's do this.
They all split up. Opening door after door. Buffy is on her last door when she hears Willow scream. She turns around quickly and sees Willow being dragged into a door by white fluffy arms. Buffy and Xander run into the room and they see Willow stuggling with all her might against the big bunny. The room is like a prisen. Stone walls with a big cell. And in the cell are the 5 missing people and Aura. And on the other side of the room, 5 vampires.
BUFFY: Here we go.
She takes out the stake and gives the big bunny a big spinning high kick to the face. The bunny grunts and the head comes off. But it was costume. Now their is a female vampire in a big bunny outfit, Darla.
BUFFY: More offerings for The Master?
Darla smiles and licks her lips
DARLA: Mmm. Yes. And You and friends make it all the better.
BUFFY: Yeah but that outfit makes you look ridiculous.
Xander helps Willow up and they bring out their stakes. A vampire charges at them and Xander ducks out of the way. The vampire runs head first into the stone wall. Xander brings his stake down...on the stomach.
XANDER: Oops.
He was having trouble taking the stake out. Willow helps by finishing him off right in the heart. The vampire explodes into a cloud of dust.
WILLOW: Did I do that?
Buffy felt a sharp pain go through her as Darla punches her in the face.
DARLA: Take her!
The remaining 4 vampires rush at her. Buffy punches one, knocking him down. She grabs another by the arm and throws him into the remaining 2. Darla hits her from behind. Buffy falls over. She takes her stake and dusts one vamp who is right beside her. She takes Darla down with a leg sweep. Buffy brings her stake down but just before it pins Darla in the heart, a vampire takes her down. Choking her. Buffy's eyesight becomes a blur. She is about to black out just before the vampire explodes to dust. She sees Xander.
XANDER: Yay! I got one!
He helps Buffy up. Darla tackles him and he runs into the wall, he is knocked out.
WILLOW: XANDER!!
Buffy turns to Darla.
BUFFY: You are SO going to pay for that!
DARLA: Am I? How?
BUFFY: Like this...
Buffy takes Darla's arm and pulls it back. There is a pop. Buffy sees Willow freeing the prisoners inside. When Willow finally gets them out, they take off. Buffy pushes Darla into the cage. Willow shuts the cage door and it locks.
BUFFY: How's that for you?
DARLA: You are SO gunna pay for this!
BUFFY: Am I? How?
A vampire kicks Buffy in the back. Buffy stumbles and runs into the cage.
DARLA: Like this...
Darla takes the bunny gloves off and scratches Buffy's face with her nails.
BUFFY: OW! This is gunna be so hard to cover up!
Buffy turns around. Stake in hand, she spins around and brings her stake to the vampire in front her. Implaing him through the heart. The last one runs off. Pushing Willow out of his way.
BUFFY: HEY!
She throws her stake. Hitting the vampire in the heart, dusting him just as he gets out the door. Xander wakes.
XANDER: Did we win?
WILLOW: We won.
She helps him up.
DARLA: As soon as The Master rises, you are gunna be sorry.
BUFFY: Yeah, Yeah. Everytime he tries, I will just be there to stop him.
They walk out.
XANDER: Bye Bye Bunny.
They hear Darla growl.

When they walk out of the mall, the cops come. Helping all the prisoners. Of course, it was a gang on PCP.
BUFFY: You guys did good.
WILLOW: Thanks. I'm glad I didn't almost pass out this time.
BUFFY: Well let's bring Giles the good news.
XANDER: And yell at him for not being here to help us?
BUFFY: If it makes you feel better.
XANDER: Thanks.
They walk off laughing.
