*Buzz* *Buzz* *Buzz* the sound rang in Wesley’s ears as he slowly woke up and put his hand on the alarm clock. ‘Time to get to work’ Wesley thought a little annoyed. He got dressed, grabbed a quick cup of coffee from the coffee maker, grabbed his keys, and took off. As he drove along the road a driver cut him off and the first thing he thought was ‘Where in the bloody earth did these wankers learn to drive?’ As he passed the driver to turn he looked in and gave him a glare and that’s when realized that this wasn’t him, at first he wondered if he was possessed but then realized it was just stress, serious stress and he needed to take a few days off and since they were at a critical time Angel probably wouldn't just say go ahead take time off. He decided that if he acted “crazy” then maybe Angel would let him.
As he walked into the building and went up to his level in Wolfram & Hart he knew exactly what he was going to do, it would be a little tricky but he could pull it off. First he found something that would allow him to attach to the ceiling and went into his office, once he was up there on the ceiling he started to make really funny noises.
“What are you doing up there?” Harmony asked as she came into his office.
“Um, well, acting ‘crazy’ so Angel will give me a couple of days off. I’m pretending to be a light bulb.” He said and a couple minutes later Angel walked in.
“Wes, I need you…” Angel didn’t finish his sentence because when he looked up at the ceiling he saw something rather weird.
“Wesley, what are you doing up there?” Angel asked and Wesley told him he was a light bulb.
“Well, think you are rather stressed out. Go home and relax, I need you at your best.” Angel said and Wesley got down and walked out but Harmony started to follow him.
“Where do you thing you're going, Harmony?” Angel asked stopping her.
“I’m going up to my room I can’t work in the dark.” Harmony said.
