This, of course, is impossible. There are hundreds of them, and they change as soon as I start ranking them.
But here's an attempt.
10. "Pangs". The bit where everyone is debating whether or not to kill the Indians, at the same time that Willow tries to inconspicuously tell Xander that he has syphilis, Anya is more than willing to talk about what syphilis does to you, and Buffy just wants to cook. Everyone is talking at the same time and every line is a zinger.
9. "Passion". Buffy hauls Giles from the burning factory, he's furious and pushes her away, and she sinks him with a right hook only to fall on her knees and cry with him. Yikes.
8. "The Body". Pretty much all of it, but specifically the bit where Xander is looking for someone to blame and Willow puts her fists up. "Let's go. Come on, you and me. Come on." "You know I can't take you." "Damn straight."
7. "Him". The rocket launcher scene outside Principal Wood's office. Possibly the funniest scene in the entire series.
6. "Chosen". The bit in the corridor where all the auxiliaries run off in different direction until the camera comes around and we're once again down to Buffy, Willow, Xander and Giles for the last time. And I start weeping like a baby.
5. "Doppelgangland". The whole library scene where everyone thinks Willow is dead - especially the bit where Xander shakes the cross to see if it's working. And Giles' bear hug. And Angel's double take. And yeah, pretty much the whole scene.
4. "Who Are You": The church scene. Faith finally gets what a Slayer is... only to snap and beat the crap out of herself. SHUT UP! Do you think I'm afraid of you!? You're nothing! Disgusting! Murderous bitch! You're nothing! You're disgusting!
3. "Fool For Love". That split second when Spike breaks down in the alley and you realize that after all he's built himself up to be, he's still just William in leather and peroxide.
2. "Grave": Xander and Willow face off. You've been my best friend my whole life. World gonna end - where else would I want to be?
1. "Becoming Part 2". "Now that's everything, huh? No weapons... No friends... No hope. Take all that away... and what's left?" "Me."
I might have included a couple more tear-jerkers (Buffy dying, Tara and Giles' duet in OMWF, the Class Protector award, Oz leaving Willow), or a couple more laugh-out-louds (Anya summoning bunnies, Olaf the Troll's "HAHA! PUNY RECEPTACLE!", Grachnar the fear demon) or just one of those Big Speeches (Anya in "End of Days", for instance). But for now, there's a top ten.
