Also, this is a poem from Xander's pov. He meets the second (Buffy being the first) girl of his dreams, but she has a secret as the title describes.
I remember seeing
Your brown hair streaming,
I double-taked and nearly fell,
"What the Hell?"
I saw her face and nearly fainted.
My what a beauty,
I mustered up
all the courage held within this soul
I asked if she wanted to dance,
SHe said "No"
I presauded her to come with me,
we could have done anything
SHe finaly said yes and I was Happy,
But then she left
was I too sappy?
what did I do?
why did she leave?

Part 2
The days flew by,
I didn't see her around,
Buffy and Willow noticed
and did nothing but frown,
So sad I was that I did not see
Two eyes at the Bronze staring at me,
The band was playing a song that I use to like,
But that was the song that was playing that night,
so absorbed in depression,
I did not hear,
a voice above me suddenly appear,
"Look my dear they are playing our song"
I was shocked to hear my soulmates voice,
We laughed and danced and talked and
romanced,
It was the most memorable night of my life,
We walked and held hands,
When we got to my house,
I was sad,
the perfect night was over,
tomorrow was another day,
and I was certain she would stay away,
"Why do you avoid me?" I asked my love.
she didn't respond
she just shook her head,
"It is because....I'm dead"
she turned her face,
so I could not see her cry,
"I love you. I don't know why."
her face was fixed in a vampire's smile,
Why does fate choose to haunt my life?
"I am not afraid,
do what you will. I have much blood to spill"
all she did was back away,
There were so many words that I wanted to say,
And that was the last time,
I saw her face
and that vampire's smile.
