I liked the story when it started, but too be honest it's developing a little too fast. The characters are acting a bit uncharacteristic. Tara for example, is careless with magic, Faith is a little too soft, and the whole Willow and Oz thing lacks the drama I liked in the series. The story is starting to become more like soap. And the developments in it are worthy of a Jerry springer show, Several in fact. I'm not really a fan of either. I do like reading those little character quirks you put in occasionally. And I love the humor. All in all I do think the quality is going a bit downhill, but I'm not quite to the point where I'm going to stop reading it.

OK, there are some weird things happening around here: Xander reading books without being forced to, and about 5 potential demon threats developing at the same time. I like it:) There was a lot of switching between scenes though, which made it a bit more difficult to read than the previous chapter. Fortunately I'm already into the story, so no problem there. I'm not sure about the Parker thingy though, but we'll see how that works out Other than that, You're writing some great character development here. keep that up!

Pretty good fan fiction. I always felt there wasn't enough Tara in the series. I like the way you focus on her in this chapter. I found the whole spirit summoning thing a bit uncharacterstic though, it sound more like charmed. And I think that Xander, Buffy and Tara were a bit too quick in spilling out their personal lives. Otherwise the characters were pretty well-written and it was a great read.

More interesting developments - I hope Tara gets to feel really bad about the memory spell eventually - and that thing with the evangelist was just dead funny. And I liked the irony that Walsh is actually working for the good of mankind... One thing, though. Is there any particular reason you're posting this in these very long chapters? Because I'm afraid you might be scaring off some readers when every chapter is 10,000 words, which would be a pity...

"Tuesdays, for some unknown reason, were usually bizarre in Sunnydale." Hehe. Great use of some secondary characters, and just enough tweaking of the primary ones - Willow's arrogant streak, Xander's fear of being useless etc - to make it believable.

Again, two really good chapters. The whole Oz/Willow/Tara/Xander/Buffy thing is intriguing, I still have no idea where you're going with it but I want to find out... and the wolf in Oz really starting to come out in force, loved the whole "Alpha" thing. Tara thinking Xander was going to hit her was just heartbreaking.

Still really good - great characterizations, lots of plot points to develop, Xander-centric which isn't too common... plus, I gotta say this: Velvet Underground, Johnny Cash, The Kinks, Vonnegut, Thompson... you have GREAT taste. Love how you work those little allusions into the story.

I loved this! Great interaction between the scoobies, everyone very much in character, the little ”I Know What You Did Last Summer” nod, Parker!, and hints of... Buffy/Tara? Hoping for more!
