I like the video game idea.
Author's Response: Haha, thanks. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do with the dimension, but then I decided I wanted them in as much peril as possible, so I calibrated something they would have difficulty getting out of. Thanks for commenting. :) |

I guess the phrase I'm looking for is "uh-oh". Loved the whole pink fluffy candy orchestral evil dimension.

Giles is Buffy's father! And he's falling apart! Awesome! But Xander and Fred disappearing, that's not cool. I'm a bit worried about the sparkage between Xander and Fred...I love her with Gunn...

Treble is interesting. I love how Oz can use his wolfy-ness. Go Oz! And something fishy is going on with Nadia...and Groo...Oh, and I just read the last chapter and loved it, especially the part about Buffy asking Angel to kill her.

Awe, that was a sweet moment for B/A. I love the barb by Spike though. Great update.
Author's Response: I wanted someone to finally point out how lame (though extremely effective) those scenes are, and Spike seemed like the perfect candidate for such. But I always love writing B/A, so I had to mix some in. :) Thank you! |

Nice chapter. I'm predicting some sort of explosion in future chapters. We've got Spike, Angel, Xander Riley, and Buffy all under one roof. I'm quite curious about that last Giles/Ethan scene. Can't wait to find out just how they know Buffy's dad...
Author's Response: I wanted to carry on about the massive amounts of people in the Hyperion and create some nice character developement and such, but I felt the plot was lagging a little bit. Maybe I'll add a chapter later or something... it would definitely be amusing. ;) thanks for commenting. |

Good setting-up chapter, with some nice continuity touches making it it nicely into both Angel and Giles' life in Britain... and both Ethan and Oz on their way in! Great characterization of Oz, too. (Though apparently they speak Nepali in Nepal, which is nowhere near Canton.) But Kilpatrick...? Surely...? I'm intrigued and looking forward to the next chapter.
