I liked te way you set up the beautiful romantic reunion, only to have Buffy already spoken for...again. (though I wonder who was in there) Poor Spike....now he only has Angel to turn to.....

O crap, pressed "Submit" too soon. Anyway, that was supposed to be a feeble attempt to write what it sounded like when I snorted with laughter at this. Beautiful comedy; the serious, dramatic setup, and then the sucker punch.

Well written interaction between Spike and Angel.It's interesting to see Spike's reaction to being human again.
Author's Response: Thanks. I thought it needed to be written like this without the usual melodrama. I've always really liked the pure character pieces.
Author's Response: I just thought that it might be good to put this up here: that's an actual flight Spike's taking. I don't know if it's still in service but I looked it up about 4 months after the series finale. |

Author's Response: You know, it's funny. I spend many many hours on a quality, well thought out epic piece that gets a couple of reviews, and then this silly little thing that took me a grand total of about ten minutes to write and only about thirty seconds of actual creative thought gets me so many responses. |
