The milk-and-cookies thing was really inspired! Loved that. I always wanted someone to expand on Anya's Santa Claus (or is it Claws?) story, and this works really well... only thing I noticed was what Violet SS said, about the past/present tense. Apart from that, it's a fun and sweet story.

This is such a great idea! I love the notion of Santa being evil and that milk and cookies are his garlic and holy water. I think you could expand on it, maybe even write a flashback where Anya meets Santa in the past when she is evil. Anyway, one small thing--you switch from past tense to present tense a lot. It was a little confusing. If it was intentional, I didn't understand why. Fix that and you have a perfect Buffy Christmas ficlet. Thanks so much for sharing your creativity.
