A week later
"So Dawnie.I guess this is goodbye for now."Willow said tearing up.
"No,it's not.I went to the airport yesterday and got you a new ticket.You leave in two weeks at 6 A.M.Besides, Connor will be right over so we can meet his dad."She flasehed her a big smile and willow pulled her into a hug.There was a knock on the door and Dawn walked over to the door.
"Oh,"
"My,"
"God,"
"Angel?"Dawn asked smiling.
"Angel?"Willow asked in an angry voice.
"Dawn.You're Connor's girlfriend?Wow,well this is ackward."
"You three know each other?"Connor asked completly out of it.
"Yeah,"Willow began in an angry voice,"So you have a son?And you were the one getting all mad that Buffy slept with Spike instead of being with you when you had a son.I'll be right back.I have to go make a call."
"No,no,no,no,no.You can not go call Buffy."
"And why not?!?"Willow screamed at him.
"Because she can't know!"He screamed back and Connor took Dawn's hand and dragged her out of the room.
"How do you know my father?"He asked her in a sort of angry sort of cautious.
"Why didn't you tell me who your father was,or should I say what your father was?"She yelled feeling just as betrayed as Willow did.
"I didn't know that you knew about vampires and demons and all that shit.I tried keeping it away from you!So don't you yell at me saying I betrayed you because I was protecting you!"He screamed and a few people came oput of their rooms to see what all the comotion was about.
"Come with me."Dawn whispered walking down the hall.
When they got to the stairwell Connor said,"So how do you know my father?"He was more calm than angry any more.
Dawn looked down and quietly said,"My sister used to date him."She looked up to see his reaction and it was a look of confusion.
"Wait,did she know that he was a...vampire?"
"Yes.She's kinda the or now a slayer.That's why I started school late because we were saving the world and making Sunnydale a crater."
"What?!?"He shouted and caused people in the halls to look toward them,"She's the slayer.Wait,what do you mean a slayer?I thought there was only supposed to be one."
"There was.Willow did a spell to make all the girls who were supposed to be a slayer,a slayer."
"Wait does that mean that Willow's a witch?"
"Yes,and Kennedy is also a slayer.I wanted to tell you,I really did.It's just...I thought you were normal."
"So now I'm not normal?Well thanks."
"No.That's not what I said.I meant I thought I...we could have a life free of demons.I love you so much but we can't be in danger every day like it was with my sister and everyone.I'm a key.The key to all the hell dementions and my sister died saving my life then Willow brought her back.Buffy died to save me,and I can't have you doing that because you're human and we wouldn't be able to bring you back!"She shouted in tears and Connor walked over and held her in his arms.
"It's okay.The last time I killed a demon was a few weeks ago.I was bored and I decided to go out and look for some.It won't happen.I won't let anything happen to you.I love you Dawn,and I wanna be with you until the day I die."
"That's just the thing,you will die fighting especially if you go out looking for a fight.If I lose you,I'll lose myself.I can't survive with someone else I love dying.Not now,not ever."
He kissed her and took her by the hand,"Lets go see if dad is still alive."They walked out of the stairwell and went back to her room.But on the way there,some one appeared behind Dawn and grabbed her by the hair.
"Get the hell away from him bitch!He's mine!"It was Jennifer and she looked...pregnate.
