Here's my crazy idea:
This is a roundrobin fic, in which you can post challenges.
If you want to post a challenge, just contribute to this fic, write what you want to be in the fic (what characters, the setting-basic stuff)
If you'd like to accept a challenge from someone else, contribute to the fic, and make the chapter title "Challenge Accepted" and in the fic, write whose challenge you've accepted, and that way, no one else can write about about that challenge, but you.

I made this up for the people who want to read a specific type of fic and for the people who want to write a story, but don't know what to write.
