"I'm the Slayer and you're history," Buffy yelled as she plunged the stake into a vampire, the vampire screamed loudly as he turned to dust. "That was good Buffy, I think," said her best friend Willow, watching Angel fight the other vamp in the cemetery. "Yep, I’m the best," squealed the Slayer.
During the last 3 months, her stomach has gotten even bigger. Buffy felt like the happiest woman on Earth. Any day now she should be going into labor giving birth to her and Angel's child, but right now she had to fight another vampire appearing behind Angel. "Angel, watch out," she yelled. Angel turned, plunging the stake into its heart, the vamp was gone.
"Dusted," Angel said. "Are you guys all right?" he asked. Willow and Buffy said at the same time," Yeah, we're fine."
"We should be going then, it's getting late," Angel said. "Ok then let's go," Buffy said. Buffy walked fast to hold hands in
Angel, happy that he become human again thanks to Whistler and the Powers. She gave him a kiss, Willow watching them together, obviously happy for them.
"You guys should go. I'm gonna walk home. I'm getting tired," said Willow. "No Willow, why don't you stay the night at my house with us? we're going to watch movies and eats lots of junk food. It wouldn’t be fun if my best friend wasn't there with us," Buffy faked a pouted expression on her face, knowing it pull Willow in.
"You don't mind Angel?" asked Willow. "No you go right ahead, your her best friend after all." "Okay then let's go Buffy." Buffy and Angel both stopped, then Willow. They saw a golden glow forming in front of them.
"Angel, are those The Oracles?" asked Buffy. "I think so." A male and female Oracle appeared, their bodies covered in gold. " former Vampire and Vampire Slayer. We have come to wish you well. take care of each other. you're now relieved of your duties. You are no longer the warriors
for the Powers after what you have done to save the world many times. this is our reward to you. Now you can live happy lives. But Slayer you will still have your supernatural strength
and healing in case. Fair well and take care of each other and your loved ones." the Oracles disappeared behind a blue glow.
"This is cool. Now I can be a normal girl, hanging with my buds and my boyfriend. cool. Can't wait to tell Giles, and Xander," Buffy squealed happily. "That's good Buffy.
Now we can hang out with each other. you know go to the mall, that sort of thing," squealed Willow. "Yeah now we could. at least now we can have peace at last.:" Buffy looked up at Angel, seeing the happiness growing on his face.
"Now at least since you're a human you can walk into the sun with me," whispered Buffy. "I love you," was all he said as he kissed her.
Together, the three friends who have fought together and work together to save the world were going home. To Buffy's house. realizing now they can have their first normal night, watching movies. eating junk food, and having fun. it was the
most fun having her Angel being normal now and her best friend with her, even though Xander wasn't here with them, Buffy thought.
As the three friends walked towards Buffy's house, they entered inside, turned on the TV, put movies in, grabbed so much junk food they couldn't fit on the dining room table, and enjoyed their first normal evening doing just normal stuff, Buffy and Angel holding hands and sitting together, Willow sitting next to her best friend Buffy, sharing a warm blanket and hot chocolate together as they fixed their eyes on the movie
happily knowing that this is the first nights of many nights they can now become normal people living normal lives
Except Buffy and Angel were going to become Mommy and Daddy. Buffy couldn't wait to bring their first child in the world, knowing now they can get peace and love for each other. Buffy lay her head on Angel's shoulder, smelling his familiar scent. Willow looking at them, smiling as she lay her head on Buffy's strong shoulder.
They drank hot chocolate together, as their felt peaceful and happy, watching the movie in front of them, breathing peacefully as the night sky above them twinkled and dance with burning flame, dark clouds covering the moon slowly as the three friends, well a couple and their friend, watched the movie happily in peace. At last.
