After that scene in the Bronze, Buffy slowly walked towards the Shady Hill Cemetery, a fierce cold wind blowing her blond hair behind her as she shivered.
She drew her sweater around her, trying to stay warm. "Buffy..." she heard her name being called.
Carrying the crossbow, she entered the dark and creepy cemetery, her heart pounding hard against her chest.
She turned to look to see if anyone was there, but no one was.
She heard her name again, but this time it was filled with fiery hatred for her.
"Buffy" whispered Angelus angrily. "You know im really getting tired of this, Why don't we just fight already?" she yelled.
"I thought you wanted to come and kiss me lover, just like old times.
like we used to," Angelus mocked. "You know you want to.
I can see it in your eyes." Angelus appeared before her, his face covered in darkness.
Buffy tried to ignore his words, but inside she still felt her love for Angel,
even if he did become the monster she saw in front of him.
She felt the fire burning inside of her for Angel. Trees rustles against
the fierce wind, owls making loud "Ooos" as Angelus smiled cruelly at Buffy.
Buffy just threw an arrow at him, but he disappeared. "You have to do better than that, lover" he mocked.
Buffy turned her head, not finding Angelus anywhere.
"I'll get you when your ready," he whispered in her ear. He was right about one thing.
Buffy wasnt ready. She wasnt ready to kill her lover yet.
She still had that strong passion for Angel. She dropped her crossbow onto the pile
of dirt as she slowly walked through the dark cemetery, the
full moon casting a silvery glow on her as a tear fell from her eye.
"Angel," she whispered. the tear from her eye fell slowly onto the ground,
the one tear that was meant for losing Angel. Her beloved.
