‘Oh my God Angel, that’s the only way to defeat it?’ Buffy asked.
‘Yeah, Lorne said the thing had come into the bar looking for me and he’d gotten drunk and sung,’ Angel replied.
‘So, I guess we should tell the others,’ Buffy said.
‘Yeah but not yet...I have one thing to ask...’ Angel kissed Buffy.
‘That was a nice question.’

Dawn? Dawn, are you there? the box on screen flashed again.
Yeah, I’m here, Andrew! Dawn typed back.
Andrew? How did you know? the box asked.
Well only you would have a screen name as lame as that. I mean Big_Bad, come on, Dawn typed.
What-- and Hot_Mini_Watcher is any better?
Ok maybe not... Are you still in Rome?

What?! Does Giles know?
No they just turned up this afternoon.
Whoa..
Yeah, I’m thinking they need training though.
Ok. Hold on. ‘Buffy!!’ Dawn yelled.
‘Dawn!’ Buffy ran to Dawn’s room, concerned.
‘Two slayers,’ Dawn said to her sister.

The sisters sorted out Andrew and the two new slayers. They were now heading for New York. The whole gang, except Buffy and Angel, were in the living room. The news was on TV but no one was watching it.
News just in. A wild bear attacks Kiev, Pete Pionteress is at the scene
‘Guys, check this out,’ Faith said.
‘Looks like our demon,’ Robin said, looking at the ’ wild bear’ on screen.
‘Wait. Are there two of them?’ Xander asked.
‘No, four!’ Willow said.
‘Buffy, get down here!’ Dawn yelled. Within seconds, Buffy and Angel were walking down the stairs.
‘What?’ Buffy asked.
‘Morkatas,’ Willow told her.
‘Plural?’ Angel asked.
‘Yeah,’ Willow replied.
‘We need to find a solution to this problem,’ Xander said.
‘Angel, I think we should tell them,’ Buffy said.
‘You wanna do the honours?’ Angel offered.
‘You sure?’
‘Yeah.’
‘Guys, listen up. Angel got some information from Lorne about our friends. The basic story is that they exist because of Angel. They exist because Angel is unhappy. They live off his unhappiness. Seven years ago when Angelus was turned, the demons were killed, but then when Angel returned, so did the demons.’ Buffy was touching Angel’s arm.
‘But that can’t be good. Are you saying the only way to stop this apocalypse is for another one to begin?’ Faith asked.
‘No, I didn’t say that. Angel just has to be perfectly happy, for forever.’
‘But if that happens, Angelus returns!’ Dawn said.
‘You’re right. That’s what we’re stuck with,’ Buffy said.
‘Buffy...,’ Angel said.
‘Yeah?’
‘I wanna do something...I’ve figured it out. Not the stopping me becoming Angelus but the happiness thing.’ Angel got down on one knee. ‘Buffy, I know I don’t have a ring but... Will you marry me?’
‘Oh my God, Angel! Are you kidding?’ Buffy asked.
‘Just answer!’ Dawn said, tears forming in her eyes.
‘Oh, hold on.’ Buffy ran upstairs to her room. When she returned she had a ring in her hand.
‘You’ve still got it!’ Angel said.
‘Yeah. Now let’s do this right.’ Buffy handed Angel the ring.
‘Buffy, will you marry me?’ Angel asked again.
‘Um... Let me think about it... Ok, thought over. Yes!’ Buffy replied. Angel slipped the ring onto her finger.
