At Buffy's house
(Buffy is outside in the backyard practiced her fighting skills harder
than she has ever done before)
(Her mother comes outside to talk to her)
Joyce: Buffy....
Buffy: (Stops) Yeah mom.
Joyce: When I almost kissed or did something with Xander was that the hellmouth or was I going crazy?
Buffy: The good news is you wasn't going crazy and the bad news is it was the hellmouth
Joyce: Why didn't you tell me all about this before?
Buffy: Mom sit down.
(Joyce and Buffy sit down on the chairs)
Buffy: Mom, the more people who know my secert, the more people I put in danger. In this case, the amount of knowledge one person has about this could be deadly. Willow knows her life has been danger on numerous occassions and so has Giles, Xander, Oz and even Cordeila. People in this town don't want to know what really goes on here. They don't want to know that vampires broke to parent's night at our school and tried to kill us all. Remember the gas leak at my school.
Joyce: Yeah I remember something was grabbing and clawing the back of my neck. Next thing I know I was laying down in the basement of your school with a ax.
Buffy: The things that were on your neck was a sort of bug and it was controlling your mind.
Joyce: Wow.
Buffy: Any other questions?
Joyce: No I think I'm just going to go in my house.
Buffy: Your okay?
Joyce: Buffy we live over a hellmouth. I'm not okay.
(Joyce is about to leave)
Buffy: Mom there's more.
Joyce: More.
(Buffy freezes and then we break to Willow's house where everyone is there)
Willow's house

Willow: I can't believe what's going on here.
Cordeila: So we get the day off.
Giles: In a sense yes. Just remember to keep your eyes open for anything out of the oridnary.
Xander: Giles be specific.
Giles: Good Point. Any witches.
Amy: Just watch out for anyone who looks like my mom.
Elena: Rupert. Listen, the plan has been changed I will protect Willow.
Giles: I will feel more at ease if I was invovled in her safety.
Elena: You will be, your going to come with us.
(Oz walks over to Xavier)
Oz: I can't believe this.
Xavier: Neither can I.
Oz: Is it all possible that the phopehcy could be off?
Xavier: It's possible. Is your cousin anything like you?
Oz: If he was, he's doing a good job of not showing it.
Xavier: I take it as a no.
Oz: No.
(Willow limp over to Xavier)
Wilow: Where's Buffy?
Xavier: She's getting ready. She will meet us here at 7.
