The next day Buffy woke up instantly and looked around then she just remember she was at rundown hotel. There was just a bed with a yellow blanket where she was sleeping in. The walls were old musty yellow, there was a brown love couch that had tares in it. She looked around again she looked at her bag, which was on the love couch then grabbed it, and looked through for some clothes. Buffy wondered again about what she was going to do. It didn’t matter right now but it will soon. So she got ready, one thing for sure she didn’t want to stay in this dump for much longer. After Buffy was done getting ready she pick up her bag and hotel key then left through the door.
Willow was getting ready for another day of school. She was sad because Buffy left. Willow knew Buffy left because the whole thing with angel last time but this time it was different. Willow didn’t no how it was different but it was different. Then she started thinking maybe it was because of us but the only question was why. Willow packed her schoolbooks and left for school.
"So what had the council say?... what are they are going to do to get Buffy back." said Joyce who sounded frustrated, who had her arms crossed looking at Giles while he was looking for some papers on top of his desk.
"They alerted some of the people working within the council to watch out for Buffy." Giles said while looked up at Joyce at the same time.
"And how is that going to bring Buffy back?" Joyce blurted out.
"Well we alerted some people in LA because Buffy stayed there before and might stay there again also San Diego and Riverside just to name if they spot her they will phone me and I will go get her."
"Like last time Giles you didn’t find her she came home by herself." Argued Joyce
"I know that, but at least we have a good idea where she is going to go." Giles said with hope.
"Yeah that all what we could do is hope" Joyce sighed "Well I better go I have allot to do at the gallery"
Giles nodded. " Okay then see you later " Then Joyce and slowly walk out of Giles office, leaving Giles standing there.
Xander was in his desk looking at the clock waiting for bell to ring for lunch but it seemed like the clock was never going to ring it seemed so slow. He didn’t really pay'd attention at the teacher today or any other day but only in rare times. But this time he had a reason, very good reason he was mad at Buffy for being selfish for running off like that...again making her mom worry like that.
"Xander can you tell me what year did Germany declares war on Russia" The teacher called out, who notice that Xander wasn’t paying attention to his lecture.
"Huh" Xander smiled in his innocent smile and looked at his teacher "1925?"
"No it was 1914 which began the... " The teacher said but it was too late the bell rang.
Xander was happy he was free for at least his lunch period. So he got up, picked up his books walk to the door but he smiled while he went through leaving to his locker.
Willow was sitting at the table waiting for Oz and the others. Thinking about what’s going to happen tonight wondering if there she going to go patrolling or...
"Hey" Oz camed and give a gentle kiss on Willows cheek. Which made Willow melt.
"Hey Oz" Willow smiled "So how was your class?" She looked at him.
"The usual." He Shrugged
Xander camed up looked at Willow and Oz. "Hi Willow, Oz so...are you guys going to do tonight before we start patrolling" Thinking that was a stupid sentence he said.
"I don't know maybe we can go to the Bronze then just stay around there for while." Willow said hopefully
"I am up for it" Oz said relaxed
"Me too. What are we talking about anyways" Cordilea said as she camed up and took her seat right beside Xander.
"About going to the bronze then after good ole patrolling" Xander said cheerfully.
Buffy walking on a busy sidewalk. She was looking down, drowning in sorrows thinking about what’s going to happen. She always thought about the future lately but she didn’t know why. Maybe its because she was alone or maybe she was not unsure what to do.
Buffy looked around seeing if this was the right direction she going. She just called at a pay phone for a job interview at a restaurant. They gave her the directions and stuff but it all seems useless.
Buffy stop the looked at the directions on a piece paper getting frustrated. Buffy looked up and decided to give up all sudden something bump into her
"Hey I am so sorry I wasn’t watching where I was going. Um your papers... Buffy said, thinking it’s a bad day.
"Don't worry about it" The stranger smiled at her. His black shaggy hair shined through the sunlight. He had a red shirt, wearing a plain leather jacket and a dark stylished pants.
"Thanks." Buffy smiled back.
"No problem. Besides I was the one that wasn’t watching where I was going and you were just standing there but I am was the one that should say sorry" The stranger talked.
"Thanks but how about your papers" Buffy was looking at the mess of papers, down on the sidewalk.
"Well how’s about I ask you to help me pick those papers up." The stranger said smoothly
"Sure" Buffy said. She wasn’t in a mood for anything right now.
"Okay" The stranger bend down and started picking the papers up as so Buffy. As soon as there they were done the stranger said " Well thank you but I as wondering where you were going maybe I can give you a lift since you help me I should somehow pay you back." The stranger smiled again.
"I don't know...how don't know... I don't even know you" Buffy said unsure.
"Well you don't I guess you have to trust my word" The stranger shrugged.
"Okay then" Buffy sighed. I can just beat him if he tries to harm me, she thought.
"Alright then follow me my motorcycle is over there." He pointed out to the end of the block. Then they started walking." Anyways my name is Alec. How about yours?"
"My name is...Lindsay" Buffy hesitated.
They camed to to the end of the block. Buffy spotted a red motorcycle.
Alec went on "Get on the back part so where ya headin?
Buffy went on" Bills pizza place for a job interview."
Alec looked back "really you need a job." Then step on the gas and look to the front and tooked off.
"yeah" Buffy yelled
"Well theres good jobs in Tijuana. You can get on over there right away" He yelled
"How do you know?" Buffy was curious.
"It where I work and stay there" He said seriously
"I see, so what do you do?" again she was curious
"private" He dimissed the subject.
Buffy was wondering if she should go. "Mabye I might go"
"Well Ima gonna go like at least in a hour if want to I can drop you off at a hotel I know over in Tujuana and mabye just mabye I can help you get on your feet because it seems your having trouble by yourself" Alec yelled. He was wondering who was this girl that seemed so lost yet she was so sposicated.
"All I do is have to say yes" Buffy thought mabye its a trap and she didnt wanted to get into this but then if it was a trap she should go and stop it.
"yes" Alec said quickly think where she was going.
"Alright then" She yelled from the back of his shoulder.
"Just one more stop Lindsay then were on our way" Alec said. Alec drop off some papers at a small building then they left before the sunset to Tijuana.
The music was pounding hard at the Bronze. Willow and Oz were on the red sofa, making out not knowning what was going on. They just felt that they were hypnotize or under a spell that will never be broken.
"Have I come to disrupt" Xander said casualy and went to sit at the opposite sofa in front of the couple.
"Hey Xander," Willow gave a small smile.
"So whats happening in the Bronze tonight" Xander talked
"I don't we just got here about 15 minutes ago" Willow said.
"Sure...Well every things going good except that Buffy has left and were stuck doing her job." Xander cheerfully said.
"Yeah.... I just wanna know why she left..I mean last time she left because of angel but this time its different you know.." Willow said kind of upset
"I know will but theres nothing we can do about it but wait and hope that Buffy can come home plus we should relax right now. Not being so gloom, sad and mad about buffy and her leaving" Xander talked
"Hi guys" Cordilea just walked towards Xander, Willow and Oz with some drinks. Cordilea sat right beside Xander and she handed Xander a drink.
"Thanks" He smiled
"So how is everyone doing" Willow said cheerfully
"Good but check out slut o rama and her disco dave" Cordilea said.
The girl had pure dark brown hair and black stylish shirt and a stylish leather pants and the guy had non stylish disco outfit.
Although the girl's dance style is more contemporary, The guy was dancing was way too fast for the music, with an 70's disco influence.
"what does the guy dance to?..kc and the sunshine" Cordilea mocked.
Xander, Willow and Oz looked at them. The girl was pointing to the door and the disco guy put his arm over her and slowly tooked her outside
"I think its a vampire.. the disco guy I mean we should check out just in case." Xander said seriously. Xander stood up and walked to the same door that the girl and and the disco guy tooked and went out side. While others followed him.
As soon as they got outside they heard a big bang.
so they turned around. it was the girl who surprisingly was fighting the disco vampire. The girl gave a few punches and a flip to the vampire then she looked away and saw the little Scooby gang then looked at Cordilea "Your Buffy right" The vampire came towards the girl from behind and grabbed her but the girl head butts the vampire "I’m Faith" She looked at Xander who had a stake "can I borrow that" and grabbed the stake and the turned around and stake the vampire.
"Thanks I couldn’t done it without yaws" Faith said smoothly while gave the stake back to Xander then walk inside the Bronze leaving the Scooby gang in aw.
