Chapter 3
Willow and Kennedy are sitting in their kitchen. Willow is telling Kennedy what she told Buffy and Dawn.
“Xander’s getting married? Go Xander!” Kennedy said putting a smile on her face. “Who’s he getting married to?” She asked, confused.
“Well...erm...” Willow hesitated. “ I don’t know.”
“What?!”
“I’ve been asked that loads of times and I always get that reaction I’m gonna call Xander.” Willow headed for the phone.

“What are you guys doing here?” Buffy asked, looking at Spike and Angel.
“We need your help. Something happened. Will you just shut up!” Angel replied.
“I never said anything.” A confused Buffy said.
“Not you, Spike. Shut up!”
“Angel, Spike’s not speaking either.”
“No, but he’s thinking.” Angel said looking towards him.
“Angel, Spike, what’s going on?” Buffy said looking towards the two vampires.
“Well...” Angel said, hesitating
“Bloody Hell! Just tell her.” Spike said to Angel.
“Tell me what?”
Dawn came back through from the living room. She wanted to see if Buffy was finished ‘talking’ yet.
“Hey are you guys finished?’ Dawn said standing next to her sister.
“Dawn, wait a minute.” Buffy said not taking her eyes off the duo.
“OK, Buffy...” Angel began. “Do you really want Dawn to hear this?”
“Bloody Hell! Ok, it’s like this. We were out at the movies, when we were attacked and now we can hear each others thoughts.” Spike said.
“What...like me?” Buffy said.
“Cool. What number am I thinking of?” Dawn said concentrating.
“Dawn, we have bigger issues than that to worry about.” Buffy said trying not to think about anything.
“I was just having some fun” Dawn grumbled.
“Buffy.” Angel said laying a hand on her shoulder.
“Ouch!” Buffy said flinching.
“What? I’m sorry.”
“It’s OK!”
“Are you sure?”
“Yeah, it’s just and electric shock.” Buffy said looking at Angel and rubbing her shoulder. “Dawn, you can go now and stop that!” Buffy said just as her sister was about to touch her.
“Stop what?” Dawn said. Buffy pulled her hand’s away.
“Didn’t you just say something?”
“No.”
“Oh God!” Buffy could read Dawn’s thoughts. “This is bad. You two better come in.” Buffy was worried.
“I’m gonna go before you read any more of my thoughts.” Dawn said leaving the room.
“Dawn! You better stop thinking about boys!” Buffy said when she touched Dawn’s shoulder.
“Ouch!”
“I’m sorry Dawn.”
“It’s cool. I’m over it.” Dawn said rubbing her shoulder.
“You’ve been doing what!” Buffy said facing dawn.
“What. Oh the mind reading thing. I never meant to, I only did it once.” Dawn replied.
Spike and Angel were very confused . What the hell were they talking about?
“You are not going anywhere!” Buffy said.
“But you did it!” Dawn complained.
“That was different. I’m the Slayer.”
“How was it different?” Dawn folded her arms.
Spike and Angel moved closer to Dawn and Buffy. Now the sister’s knew what they were going through.
“We’ll talk about this later, Dawn. Right now we have to fix this.” Buffy said.
“I’ll go call Willow.” Dawn said walking away from them all.
