Part Two
The darkness clouded Buffy's mind like a storm. She could see only flashes of light and only hints of the real world. She eventually blinked it away and tried to adjust her eyes to the dim light on the room. "Where am I?" she said aloud.
"Surprise," she heard a voice mock her. She knew instantly who it was.
"Willow?" It was the outline of her best friend in the shadows. Willow stepped out and Buffy saw a sight she never thought she would ever see. Willow's face, the once sweet and shy face that she first saw at the water fountain almost three years ago, now corrupted by the evil of the demon that now possessed her. She was a vampire.
"That's right. Happy to see me? I figured you would be. I mean, I am only your best friend. The one who you have ignored for the past two months. Ever since you and Angel got back together you have just dicked the rest of us off. It was a good thing Faith was around, hehehe… was around. That's right! I killed her! But anyway, I figured now you would have to pay attention to me."
"She is crazy," Buffy thought, "But I have been a little preoccupied with Angel, but we still hung out with her. I thought…" She decided it was time to figure out what was really going on. Maybe this was some kind of sick prank. "Willow, what happened to you? Who did this to you? And where is Angel?"
"Gee, I guess you could say I had a personality change. Anyway, Angel is responsible, without him… I wouldn't be the woman I am today!"
Willow was totally pulling a Drusilla. What did she mean Angel is responsible? Could he have done this to her? These things flew through Buffy's mind at a speed so fast she couldn't comprehend them all.
"Ok my dear. I think she has had enough" Angel comes out from the shadows, obviously he had heard the whole thing. " We don't want to confuse our guest much more. She might not come back to visit. And we wouldn't want that." He took Willow in his arms and kissed her softly. "Now, run along and play with your Xander."
"Angel how could you!" Buffy shrieked. "What did you do to her? Where is Xander? And Faith? What did you do to everyone else? To me?!"
" Calm down Buffy. Everything is ok. We have had this all planned out and it will all work out in do time." Angel said, winking at Buffy.
Disgusted, "Tell me what you did to me. Why do I feel so weak?"
Angel just smiled and looked outside. The sun was going down and soon it would be dark. He knew she would be hungry soon. He had to get her something. He simply turned and left, leaving Buffy alone in the room on the cold ground, where she had again gone unconscious.
