You Can’t Run Forever
Characters
1. Elizabeth ‘Buffy’ Giles – an 18 year old high school student. Buffy has a fraternal twin sister named Faith. Buffy is an avid kick boxer and she loves the outdoors. She was born in Los Angelus and moved to New York when she was 13. Just like most twins she can tell when something is wrong with Faith. She has a great personality but can, like any New Yorker, have one hell of an attitude.
2. Faith Giles – an 18 year old high school student. Faith has a fraternal twin sister named Buffy. Faith is also an avid kick boxer and has been in a lot of fights while living in NY. She was born in Los Angelus and moved to New York when she was 13. Just like most twins she can tell when something is wrong with Buffy. Faith is blunt and will tell a person if their wrong.
3. Liam ‘Angel’ Roarke – 18 year old senior at Sunnydale high. He loves to read and is known as an avid library visitor. He owns a black 1967 Plymouth convertible. Angel rarely dates and the last was Darla, with whom he broke up with because she was too possessive. He has a half-brother, William, from his mother’s remarriage. Best friends with Lindsey.
4. William ‘Spike’ Urban – 17 year old senior at Sunnydale high. William is known as ‘Spike’ because he fell on a railroad spike when he was 10. He looks like Billy Idol because of his natural hair color and has no problem exploiting that fact to make him cooler. He loves to drive his half-brother Angel nuts by always borrowing his car. He has been dating Drusilla for 2 years.
5. Lindsey ‘Linds’ McDonald – 18 year old senior at Sunnydale High. Originally from Texas. He has one half-sister, Drusilla Belmont-McDonald. His mother and father divorced when he was ten and then moved to Sunnydale where his father met and married Leah Belmont. His best friend is Angel and these two are rarely ever seen without girls trying to get their attentions. He has a weekend job at an LA law firm.
6. Drusilla Belmont-McDonald – 16 year old senior at Sunnydale High. Dru is a very brilliant girl so she was moved up two grades in grade school. To other people who don’t know her she seems distracted and off. Her voice sounds like a whispering wind and she always seems to know if something is going to happen before it happens.
7. Willow ‘Will’ Rosenburg – 17 years old. Willow is a senior at Sunnydale High and she also doubles as a teaching assistant. Willow is a computer genius already having received many job offers for after college. She has been dating Oz for the past two years. These two are inseparable. She is the sweetest and nicest girl in school.
8. Daniel ‘Oz’ Osbourne – 18 year old senior at Sunnydale High. Oz plays lead guitar for Dingoes Ate My Baby. He got held back a year for not attending school or summer school. Oz is very quiet, with his silence speaking volumes to those around him. His hair usually changes colors about once a month.
9. Alexander ‘Xander’ Harris - This 18 year old is the clown of the group. Xander is the one person who can make a person laugh no matter the problem. He has been dating Cordy for almost two years, no one is more confused about that then he is. Xander and Willow have been best friends since they were little. He will wear the oddest combination of clothes which can sometimes embarrass his girlfriend.
10. Cordelia ‘Cordy’ Chase – The richest 17 year old senior in Sunnydale. She can be very tactless and snotty but to those who know her very well she can also be one of the nicest people around. She and Xander have the oddest relationship around, all they seem to do is fight and make up in broom closets. She is always on top of the newest fashion trends and always looks great.
11. Rupert Giles – This is 40 year old librarian is the father to Buffy and Faith. He is also married to Jenny. Rupert is originally from England and moved to the U.S. with his parents at age 16, living here since then but also becoming an avid traveler. He moved from NY to Sunnydale with his family because he got an offer to be the librarian at the local school.
12. Jenny Giles – She is 36 years old and a computer programmer. Jenny met her husband, Rupert, while on vacation in Romania to very her relatives. Jenny is a very protective mother and would do anything for Buffy or Faith. She is from a well-to-do family but hates using that to get her way through life. Jenny does have a teaching degree and sometimes substitutes at schools.
13. Darla Penn – This 18 year old is the brat of brats. She always has to have things her way and to get want she wants when she wants it. She lives with her mother, Heather, and step-father, Daniel. Her father left when she was 6 so her mother began to spoil her, hence her attitude. She and Angel used to date but ever since they broke up she has been trying everything to get him back. She and Cordy are rivals in every election at school but so far Darla has never won.
14. Daniel Holtz – Darla’s step-father. He may only be 38 years old but he has been through enough trouble. His father used to abuse him as a child and his first wife, Joyce, died in a fire in their house. He met Heather while looking for a job in the LA area. They were married within six months. Daniel now works for Wolfram & Hart in LA.
