Summary- a story about if Angel didn’t leave after graduation day pt.2. it is a Buffy-Angel-Spike love triangle story.

Buffy Summers walked into her room a smile on her face. “Buffy” her mom screamed up the stairs.
“What mom” she called back.
“I am going to bed” her mom said poking her into Buffy’s room.
“At eight thirty” Buffy said giving her mom a weird look.
“It was a rough day at the gallery and I’m beat” her mom said laughing at the look on her daughter’s face.
“Whatever, I’ll see you in the morning, goodnight” Buffy said kissing her mom on the cheek.
“Night honey I love you” Joyce said and walked out the door.
“Good night” Buffy muttered. “Now time to get out of here and patrol, but first lets change into something more slaying friendly” Buffy said walking to her closet.
“Should I wear the blue jeans and the red top, or the blue jeans and the white tank top” Buffy muttered to herself.
“I would go with the jeans and the white top, and oh don’t forget the leather jacket.”
“Angel” Buffy said and whirled around.
“The one and only” he replied and gave her a small half smile.
“Is this a business visit, or are you just coming to see me” she asked him looking him in the eyes.
“Actually I just wanted to see you” he said walking towards her.
“What do yo want to take me to the bronze and dance and drink coffee” she replied looking at him skeptically.
“Well kind of” Angel replied giving her one of his cute smiles she loved so much.
“I can’t do the whole going out thing right now, I’ve got to go patrolling” she said walking towards him slowly.
“I can go with you Buffy” he replied hopefully.
“I don’t know Angel” Buffy said, now right in front of him.
“Buffy, I can help you two fighters is better than one.”
“I guess so” she replied “ but I have to get dressed into slayer friendly clothes so um could you, uh-
Yeah I’ll turn around” angel said as he walked to the window and peered out while she got dressed. When dressed Buffy walked behind him and put her hand on his shoulder turning him around.
“Angel” she said looking into his eyes.
“Yeah Buffy?”
“I really want to kiss you right now” she replied moving her lips towards his.
“That’s good because I really want to kiss you too” angel said as he pulled her into a kiss. Buffy happily kissed him back wrapping her arms around him.
“Buffy” her mom said poking her head in her room again. “Who are you” Joyce said glaring at Angel.
“Uh m-mom this is A-Angel, remember my t-tutor” Buffy said stuttering.
“Is he your French tutor” Joyce screamed angrily “and does he specialize in French kissing?”
“Mom you so need to chill out” Buffy said looking her mom straight in the eye.
“I need to chill out!”
“Yeah, he is just a friend” Buffy said defending herself.
“Buffy, its eight fifty at night and you have a boy over, in your room, without asking me what am I supposed to think” her mother said loudly.
“Look mom I have a chem. test tomorrow so he is helping me cram at the last minute it’s actually really nice of him to come this late just to help me” Buffy countered.
“Really that is what you are doing Angel?” Joyce asked him.
“Um, yeah that is what I am doing, I mean Buffy is really smart and I want to help her pass her, uh, chem. Test” angel replied glancing at Buffy.
“Well okay but he has to go by midnight” Joyce said giving in finally.
“Okay I promise he will leave by twelve okay, could you leave now so we can study?”
“All right goodnight Buffy, bye angel thanks for helping her” Joyce said as she walked out the door.
“Angel play along I know that she is listening” Buffy whispered into his ear.
“So oxygen is O2, right Angel” Buffy asked him smiling.
“Right, and what is water?” Angel asked her playing along.
“H2O” she answered quickly.
“Right” he said about to burst out laughing. Buffy quickly put her hands over his lips to keep him from laughing.
“I’ll be right back I’m going to get a drink, you want anything?” Buffy asked him hand still on his mouth. He reached up and took her hand off his mouth.
“No I’m fine” he said holding her hand.
“All right be back in a sec” she said standing up “oh, do you want to come with?”
“Sure, if you don’t mind” he replied “do you really have a chem. Test Buffy?”
“Yeah, tomorrow I really do have a chem. test but Willow already tutored me earlier today so come on” she said grabbing his hand and pulling him out the door. “Be really quiet she might be sleeping and we definitely don’t want to wake her up.”
“Okay I’ll be quiet” he said following her. Buffy stopped suddenly causing him to run into her.
“You okay angel” Buffy whispered turning around to face him.
“Yeah I’m fine” he said and put his hands on her shoulders pulling her in for a kiss.
“Not now angel we are right in front of my mom’s room, that is why I stopped” Buffy said looking up at him and smiling. “Oh what the hell” Buffy muttered and kissed him softly. Angel kissed her back his arms still on her shoulders. Buffy quickly stopped kissing him.
“I’m going to see if she is awake or sleeping, stay here and be quiet” she said and peeked her head into her mom’s room. Buffy saw that her mom was reading a book and quickly darted her head back before her mom could see her.
“She is reading a book, I am going to go in there and ask if we can go study at one of the coffee places okay?”
“Yeah sure, what should I do” angel asked her wanting to be helpful.
“Go get my chem. Books out of my backpack and walk in asking if it is okay if five minutes, okay” she whispered.
“All right” he said and walked off to her room to get her books.
Buffy walked into her mom’s room and stopped at the end of her mom’s bed. “Mom” Buffy said causing her mom to set down her book.
“Yes honey” Joyce replied staring at her.
“Can Angel and I go out to study at a coffee place or something, because it is kind of hard to study here” Buffy said nervously.
“Why is it hard to study here” her mom asked her.
“Um, well it isn’t comfortable here, and at those places it is comfortable, and soothing from the coffee smells” Buffy said more nervously.
“Buffy Anne Summers are you trying to get out of the house with Angel saying you will study and you will end up at the bronze or something and the only thing you will be studying is him” Joyce screamed angrily “I am not stupid I was your age once too!”
“Um sorry to interrupt Miss. Summers but we will be studying I’ll make sure of that” Angel said showing her the chem. books.
“I guess, but Angel you have to promise me that you will make her study I care about her grades even if she doesn’t” Joyce said looking at him and then Buffy.
“I promise” he said looking at Joyce.
“Fine, I guess you two can go, but remember back by midnight Buffy, no later but if you want sooner is good” Joyce said glaring at Buffy.
“Okay mom me and Angel will study, and that’s it I promise” Buffy said walking out the door. Angel quickly followed her with the books back to her room.
“Let’s go throw the books in my bag please” Buffy said smiling at him “ we have to hurry we are already late I’m supposed to get started at nine thirty and its-
Nine twenty” Angel said finishing for her.
“Oh so we have time to kill” Buffy said and smiled at him “lets go before mom changes her mind.”
“All right come on” he said and pulled her out the door.
“Bye mom” Buffy said passing her mom’s door.
“Bye Miss. Summers” Angel said giving her a small wave.
“Bye you two, and remember studying only” Joyce said and waved at them.
“Sure thing” Buffy said grabbing Angel and running out the door. Once outside Angel grabbed Buffy’s hand lacing his fingers with hers. Buffy smiled up at him happily and leaned her head on his shoulder.
“So Angel we have five minutes before we start patrolling what do you want to do until then” Buffy said happily looking up at him.
“Hmm, I don’t know Buffy what do you want to do” he replied already knowing what they both wanted to do.
“All right we are wasting time come on” she said dropping her bag and putting her arm’s around his shoulders. Angel leaned down and kissed her his arms around her waist. “Do we have to go patrolling Angel” Buffy asked in between kisses.
“Yes, we do you are the slayer” he reminded her.
“Yeah yeah I know Giles” she said sarcastically “oh god bad picture.”
“What’s a bad picture” Angel said looking at her with amusement at the face she had on.
“I just saw me kissing Giles like how I was kissing you before I called you Giles, oh my god I’m going to have nightmares for months” Buffy said with a look of disgust on her face.
“Oh that is bad, let me help get it out of your head” Angel said leaning down and wrapping his arms around her pulling her into a passionate kiss.
“Much better” Buffy said when the kiss ended “but there is till a few shreds of the image will you try to get those out for me too?”
“Of course” Angel replied giving her a small smile and kissing her again. “Are you all better now” Angel said looking down at her.
“Yeah I am much better” Buffy said as she quickly took a stake out of her pocket and shoved it downwards.
