Xander's eyes were closed, as were Giles'. Cordelia was watching the crystal and Willow.
"We forgive and now we ask you to do the same," Willow continued.
Nothing.
"Why isn't this working?," Cordelia said.
"Patience was never one of Cordy's virtues," Xander said.
Willow repeated the words.
Nothing.
"Perhaps Angelus' sins were too much to forgive," Giles said, remembering the smile of the woman he loved.
Still nothing.
