PROLUDGE~
As Buffy went through her things that she kept before her house and all of Sunnydale went kaboom, she saw the letter that she opened before she fought off the apocalypse. She didn’t want to open it because she knew evil wrote that letter, but her mind started to race of what she should do. She then decided to open the letter out of pure curiosity because she hadn’t remembered exactly what was inside there.
She then opened the letter and started to read it, she first read the whole letter before she even read the name of the people who sent it. The letter exactly said this:
Dear Buffy Summers,
We are intrigued with your performance for these past 7 years, we hope that you would like to join a much bigger job than the one you already have. From the beginning we have watched your movements of your slayer abilities and how much you’ve progressed over the years. Your mind and strategy are both very unique and we wish that we could develop both your skills and your mind more. Please think about this “job” we want you to participate in.
At first we didn’t want you in this little operation we would like to call, because some of us felt like you weren’t powerful enough to gain the opportunity to take advantage of our teachings. As you look in the picture enclosed along with the letter that this will be what you’ll be taking over. It’s called “Wolfram and Hart”, it’s a Law Firm that we run along with its best lawyers and best business people. The company has over 500 people working there and there are many of them that we’ve taught to get the bosses out of tight spots.
We are incorporated with many Demons; they are our so called clients that we make money off of. This opportunity is only going to be given to you once and only once, once you make your decision you won’t be able to take it back. Please reply by send the letter, picture and your answer in the envelope. By the way, we are the Senior Partners, we watch over everything that goes on in the company.
The only way to get this letter and your answer back to us is to give this letter to a man who works for us, we have sent many letters across the world giving some people, like you, the opportunity to work in this law firm. The postal man is at the post office right next to Starbucks every Monday, oh and there’s also a special person who you know who also works for us.

The Senior Partners
After Buffy read it she looked back at everything she did and everything she wanted to do but never got the chance to after she went to Rome. She looked at the letter and what day it was, it was Sunday, that meant that she could give the answer to them on Monday. She ripped a piece of paper from her notepad quickly and wrote a “Yes, I’d like to take your offer.” And put it in the envelope along with the letter and picture.
The next day she went to the post office and found the guy sitting next to the place, she gave it to him and he looked up at her.
“You must be Buffy Summers, it’s a pleasure to meet you, the Senior Partners have been… expecting this letter for quite sometime.”
Buffy gulped and didn’t say anything to the man, she just smiled at him.
“Don’t worry, I hope the choice you made is a good one. Have a good day now.”
Buffy turned and walked away from the man, she looked back at the man but he vanished in a snap. Buffy turned her head in different directions trying to look for the guy. He was nowhere to be seen so she just left that little spot where he’d been. She got a little thirsty and so she went into Starbucks and went to get a Frappachino.
~Senior Partners Watch Tower~
The person who had Buffy’s reply poofed right into where the Senior Partners were. They were all staring at different bowls; each bowl contained their law firms that were spread across the world.
“Your gracefulness, Buffy Summers has given her answer at last, here is the letter.”
The Head Senior Partner turned and looked at him, no one could see his face since the Watch Tower is kind of pitched black, He opened the letter with his pocket letter opener and read her reply.
“He he Perfect,” he said with a snicker. “Gentlemen! Buffy Summers has read our letter and has given us her final decision!”
Everyone turned their backs and awaited for him to read her response.
“She said Yes, I’d like to take your offer!”
Everyone in the Watch Tower snickered and laughed lightly, after that they all turned and went back to work. The head senior partner turned around and said with a whisper: “Perfect.”
~The Next Morning~
Buffy awoke with a sigh and went out side to get the newspaper with her pink pajamas on, she picked up the newspaper and out slipped a letter that was with the newspaper. She then looked at it with a weird face on and picked it up and went inside her house. Inside her house she opened the letter and read it carefully:
Dear Miss Summers,
Thank you for your excellent reply, we are very humble and grateful that you agreed to our terms and according, We have sent a man to pick you up in 4 days starting now as you read the letter. You’ll be moving in the law firm as we have a suite waiting for you in L.A. The law firm there is also runned by another person but we figure you guys would get along just fine. Be prepared, the man who’ll take you to the building will first give you a contract in listing that we get your full attention and work to the firm. The Job also gets a good payment so there’s no need to worry about money that’ll be needed to do specific tasks.
Have a Good Day Miss Summers, The Senior Partners
Buffy looked at it and tossed it on the chair next to her, she sighed that called up Dawn, Willow and Xander where she’ll be staying for the rest of her life.
~4 days later~
She woke up, took a shower and brushed her teeth, all of her bags were packed and secured. She brought everything she wanted to bring, she said that Dawn could have the apartment since she’s going to be leaving, and Andrew also. The man knocked on the door and gave her a huge packet of papers with her contract on it, she read through the whole thing and signed on the bottom of each page. She tried to give it to the man but he insisted that she didn’t.
“I’m sorry Miss but that contract is supposed to be given to the Senior Partners in person, I’m not affiliated with them nor do I have contact with them. I’m sorry if it causes you trouble.”
“No, its ok, I just didn’t expect that I had to give it to them in person.”
The man smiled and then lifted all of her heavy bags with ease, She wondered if he was a demon since they mentioned that demons were their main clients.
~L.A~
She slept during the ride to L.A but she had a very nice one too, she got out of the car and asked where her bags were.
“The bags are already in your suite, Miss.”
“Oh, wait how did you—“
The mad had already left with the car, she looked up at the building and walked up to the double doors that were once way mirrored glass. She opened them and she saw lots of demons and many people that were working for her. A man bumped into her and said, “Oh, I’m so sorry Miss Summers, ill be careful next time.”
“It’s ok… wait how did you know my name?”
“Oh news goes around fast in this place, it’s like spreading the common cold.”
The man left and she looked around with a “wow its so big” look on her face. She saw Harmony at the secretary stand; she walked up to Harmony and said, “Harmony? You’re my secretary!?”
“I guess, anyways I’m so super duper glad you’re here cause its been super boring, but now that you’re here you can be super duper fun and be a super duper boss, unlike the other one, he’s such a bossy boob.”
“Gee, I wonder why they call them bosses.”
“Yeah I know, confuses me too. Anyways! Here’s your key to your suite, they just remodeled the whole office for you bosses so there’s 2 suites.”
“Wait, do you mean I’ll be sleeping with the other boss?”
“Heh only if you want to.” Harmony smiled in a goofy way. Buffy got sick of it and took the key and went into the office. She looked around and saw huge swords and axes hanging on the walls.
“Woooow!”
Buffy got settled in by taking the elevator to her suite, she saw her partners side and her side. She thought ‘thank god there’s a thick wall between us, I hope the other boss isn’t a pervert.’
She took the elevator back up and opened the double doors that lead to the main part of the building, She then saw them open by themselves, she looked up at the person it was, she figured it was the other boss and it was him. IT WAS ANGEL!
Buffy’s mouth literally dropped to the ground, she gasped a little when she saw him.
“Angel!?”
“Buffy? They said I’d be getting a partner but I didn’t expect I’d be you.”
“What are you doing here?”
“Uhhh same thing your supposed to be doing, working and running this hell hole.”
“What do you mean by that?”
“Heh, we have some serious talking to do.”
Angel walked past her and said, “Yeah we do.”
Angel walked over to the couch that’s right in front of the T.V and rearranged his papers that were needed for his next meeting with his client.
Buffy walked over to his desk and saw 2 tickets to a movie that were coming out in the next 2 weeks. She then looked under the tickets and saw a note from some girl called Nina: Hey Angel, I missed you, I’m sorry but I can’t come for the next check-up but I’ll be there a day before our date. Ok? Bye.
Buffy looked a little pissed and a little reassured because she finally knew that he had gotten over her a little or a lot at least that’s what she had thought.
Angel looks at Buffy and sees her staring at the papers on his desk.
“Hey…”
Buffy’s head shot up and looked straight into his eyes.
“Hmm?”
“I have a meeting in a couple of minutes, want to come with me so you can get the visual of what you’d be doing?”
“Uhhh, yeah sure, I guess.” Buffy said with a not sure voice.
“Something bother you?”
“No, no not at all I’m just glad so see you is all.”
Angel chuckled and opened the door and gestured that it was time for the meeting. Buffy went first and then Angel gasped and shouted out, “Ohhh! I forgot something on my desk, the room is just 3 doors down and then you take a right and that’s where the door should be, ill meet you there in a second.”
“Okay.” Buffy left and Angel walked back to his desk and finally found the contract he needed to bring. He then looked at the little note that Nina left for him and then he looked at the 2 tickets for him and her. Angel then flashed back to when Buffy was staring at his desk. ‘Did Buffy just see this? Oh crap!’ Angel thought as he heard Buffy’s head pop in.
“Angel.” “Hm?” “You coming or what?” “Yeah, yeah I’m coming in a second.”

A/N: sorry you guys that i haven't made a story and that i haven't continued my other ones. i'm a pc gamer so i'm into video games a lot so it's kinda hard to get off of those darn addicting games, anyways i finally have found time to do some writing, heres my newest idea. i also have good news, my bf and i can finally talk to eachother since his mom hates me. im so happy xD
