"Angel!" called out Buffy, hurrying down into the garden. She looked around, worried.
"I'm here." said Angel, stepping into the light. "What's wrong?"
Buffy shivered. "Eve's back. So's the rest of the coven." she told him.
Angel descended the steps quickly. "I got something for you." he said.
Angel put a long wooden box on the bench. "What is it?" asked Buffy.
Angel opened the box. "They're called witch balls. Hang them in your window, and they'll trap spells directed at you. They also work on pendants."
Buffy reached out. and pulled out the three witch balls on pendants. "Thank you." she told him. Angel nodded. "These should trap Eve's spells." he told her.
Buffy put one around her neck. "The other two are for Becky and Laura." she explained to him. Angel nodded. "Be careful." he told her. Buffy smiled sadly. "I will." she said.

Buffy hung the witch ball in her window, and sat down on her bed. *This should be enough for now.* she thought. Picking up the phone, she dialed Becky's number.
"Hello?" said Becky.
"Hey Becky, listen, it's Buffy. Come over here quickly. It's important."
"All right, I'll be over as soon as I can."
Becky hung up the phone. Buffy dialed Laura's number. "Laura?"
"Yes?" said Laura.
"I need you to get over here as soon as you can. Becky will be over soon. Bring your supplies."
There was a long pause. "Okay."
Buffy hung up the phone. Opening her chest, she pulled out a dreamcatcher, and hung it over her bed. Then she shut her window, and turned on the fan.
Sitting back down on her bed, she waited.
