Buffy was standing in the clearing. Eve stood in back of a cauldron. Becky and Laura were nowhere to be seen.
"How did you like my little present?" she said with a smirk. Buffy opened her mouth to reply, and came spiralling back to reality.

Angel had lain her out on the bench, and was about to dump some water on her, when she opened her eyes. He put the bucket down, and moved to help her up, as she sat up.
"What just happened?" he asked her. Buffy stared at him uncomprehendingly, then swallowed. "Oh no." she whispered.
Angel shook his head. "Buffy, where did you get these?" he asked her. Buffy shuddered. "I- I had a dream. When I woke up, the wounds that I got in the dream happened to have appeared on my legs."
Angel nodded. "What was the dream about?" he asked her. Buffy shuddered, and scrunched in on herself. Angel touched her arm gently. Then he turned her arm.
"What happened to your wrists?"
Buffy snatched her hand back from him. "It's an old wound." she whispered.
Angel caught her chin, and made her look at him. "Buffy, you have to trust me." he told her.
Buffy closed her eyes. "All right." she whispered. Angel smiled slightly. "I'm going to go get some more bandages. Stay put."
Buffy watched him go, then turned to look out at the garden. Most of it was overgrown with weeds, but a small patch actually looked cultivated. Some weeds had grown up over the summer. With a shudder, she realized that it was nightshade.
Angel returned with fresh bandages. "All right. Tell me what happened."
Buffy took a deep breath, and begun.
