About 2 hours later, Angel came up to Buffy’s room and frowned. “Buffy?”
“Angel,” Buffy whimpered.
Angel went over and climbed in with her. “What happened?”
“Angel, if Spike or Dru were killed, would you know?” Buffy asked.
“Yes,” Angel said.
“Have you felt anything today?” Buffy asked.
“Spike was killed,” Angel said, softly.
“He’s really gone?” Buffy whispered.
“Yea,” Angel said.
Buffy crumbled in pain and buried her face in Angel’s chest.
Angel hugged her tightly unsure of how to make her feel better. “Did you love him?”
“I don’t know, Angel. I cared about him very much and he didn’t know. We think it was Giles,” she said, sniffling.
Angel kissed her hair. “I’m sorry, Buffy,” he said.
“Angel, its not fair. I was so happy with him around. I cant believe he’s gone,” she whimpered.
“Try and get some sleep. Tomorrow, we’ll sort everything out,” h3e said.
Buffy sniffled and buried herself more into Angel. “Can you hang around for a while?” She asked.
“I have a few days,” Angel said, kissing her hair.
He settle them down and Buffy cried her self to sleep silently.
