“This is nice” Said Buffy
It was morning and Buffy and Spike were lying in bed. The curtains were pulled across to stop any light from getting in. The house that they were in had had a middle-aged couple living there, until Spike told them to leave, in vamp face. They had been terrified, Usually Buffy would have staked Spike, for some reason she just hadn’t cared. It might have been because she had helped Spike get an invitation. She had pretended their car had broken down and asked if they could come in to phone for help. She had almost found it funny when they saw Spike’s vamp face.
“Well” said Spike, replying to her statement “don’t get too comfy here”
“Why not?”
“Rome!”
“Oh! I nearly forgot!”
“Still want to go?”
“Yes! We’re going tonight. Aren’t we?”
“yep, tonight”
Buffy snuggled up closer to him.
She was supposed to be at school by now. But first period would have started already, she’d go later.

When Buffy arrived at school, the first thing she did was to go to the library. Xander and Willow were there, they had several huge books lying open on the table. They hadn’t noticed Buffy yet so she decided to see what the books were for. One was about love spells, another was about possession, she didn’t get to see the rest because they had noticed her.
“Hey!” Said Buffy nervously “I’m sorry I was so mean last night”
“Oh, it’s okay Buffy. You were probably possessed or something” Replied Xander
“I wasn’t― what gives you that idea?”
“Come on Buff, you were kissing Spike!” Said Xander, Willow was reading a book and hadn’t said anything.
“I was not possessed, or, under a love spell!” Buffy took a step back, she had a feeling she was going to hurt someone if she was close enough.
“Buffy” said Willow “We’re talking about Spike”
“So, I like him”
“If you’re sure”
“Yes I am sure!” Buffy decided not to tell them about the fact that Spike had promised to take her to Rome. They probably wouldn’t take it very well.
“No Buffy” said Xander “I don’t think you are”
She stormed off. I’ll show them! I am very sure about Spike! She left the school and went to the house were she and Spike were staying.
“Spike” Moaned Buffy “Willow and Xander are being mean, they said I can’t possibly love you”
“Well they obviously don’t understand you very well”
“I want you to kill them”
“May I ask why?”
“They were mean to me!”
“Okay, I’ll kill your friends for you”
