“It didn’t feel like a possession” Said Willow
“How do you mean?” Asked Giles who had decided to talk again when he found out that Angel was right.
“Well, possession just seems different, and I think I would know if she was possessed”
“What do you think it is then?” said Angel
“It might be a spell” Suggested Xander
“Oh god” Said Willow

Willow explained about the de-lusting spell she did and that it probably went wrong and made Buffy love Spike, and vise-verse. So they went to Willow’s and got the spell book to do a reversal spell.
Later at Giles’ apartment —with Angel sitting out side with no invitation—, Willow did the reversal spell, she had been nervous at first but, when she did a spell all of her fears just disappeared.
“Well, the spells done, so Buffy should be back to normal!” Said Willow
“Good” Giles, Xander and —from over the threshold— Angel, at the same time

In the kitchen at Buffy’s, Spike and Buffy were sitting at opposite sides of a table and talking.
“—I’d like to go to Rome” Said Buffy
They were planning on leaving Sunnydale and going overseas.
“I’ve been there, it was okay” Said Spike
“So we can go there?”
“Sure”
She got up and walked over to him, he stood up and they kissed. At that moment Willow and Xander —Giles having decided to stay home— ran in.
“Why are you here?” Asked Buffy, she was annoyed. Her and Spike were busy, and they just barge in!
“You― the spell, we took the spell off!” Said Xander
“What Spell?” Demanded Spike
“The love spell that I accidentally put on you” Said Willow
“I’m not under a spell!” Now Buffy was really annoyed. First they interrupt her, and then they accuse her love for Spike of being false!
“Well there’s something wrong with you!” Xander was almost shouting
“There is nothing wrong with Buffy!” Said Spike, Hoe dare he say there was something wrong with Buffy!
“Please leave” Buffy’s voice was shaking, she was having trouble containing her anger
By the time they had gone she was crying, Spike patted her on the back to calm her down.
“I want to go to Rome now. Or Paris. Or anywhere!” Cried Buffy
“Well, We could go down to the docks and get on a boat right now, if you wanted” He suggested
“The sun comes up in an hour, you’d turn to dust!”
“Well, we could stay somewhere else”
