Sluggoth
The Sluggoth demon was first (and last) seen in the episode "Beneath You" and was mistakenly thought to be the subject of the prophetic warning "from beneath you, it devours."
The Sluggoth demon is a giant predator of the same phylum as the common earthworm which was thought to have died out during the twelfth century. It moves rapidly beneath the ground and surfaces to consume its victims with its large toothy mouth. It can penetrate asphalt and concrete and can recognize individuals walking on the surface.
The last of the Sluggoth demons was created as a vengeance wish which was eventually reversed by the vengeance demon Anyanka.
