Buffy holds on to the roof of the school bus for dear life. Behind the speeding bus, the town of Sunnydale is collapsing into a huge crater. Finally, the bus comes to a screeching halt and Buffy jumps down. Dawn hugs her tightly. They stare into the crater.
WILLOW-
"So, what now?" Buffy smiles for a bit and then she turns around.
BUFFY-
"I say we go back to England with Giles."
GILES-
"Good idea. I would like to get some sleep though."
DAWN-
"Let's go to LA and see Angel. Maybe he can put us up for a night or two."
Three hours later, the sun is starting to set as four Blackhawk helicopters swoop over the crater. One of them lands near the rim of the crater. Lieutenant Colonel Samantha Carter, USAF jumps out of one of the helicopters. Next to her is Dr. Daniel Jackson and the Jaffa warrior T'Leac. Carter scans the area and pushes a button on her headset.
CARTER-
"SGC this is SG-1, over." Brigadier General Jonathon 'Jack' O'Neil answers.
O'NEIL-
"Whatacha got Carter?"
CARTER-
"No sign of Gou'uld presence, sir."
O'NEIL-
"Come on, a whole town just doesn't cave in by itself."
JACKSON-
"I don't know Jack. Many towns and cities in the ancient fell into the ocean."
O'NEIL-
"That was from Earthquakes and such. Get some readings and get back to SGC. O'Neil out."
ANOTHER PLANET
K'Lent swings his staff into his opponent. The other Jaffa stumbles and falls to the ground, defeated. K'Lent looks up at Swassitt, the Gou'old lord over this planet.
SWASSITT-
"You will make an excellent champion for the revenge of the death of my brother Ra."
K'LENT-
"O'Neil will suffer." Suddenly, a cleric runs up and whispers in Swassitt's ear.
SWASSITT-
"What....are you sure?" The cleric bows. "Yes, O'Neil will suffer, but first....."
