SUNNYDALE

Faith and Charly exit the vortex, but not in their normal space. This time they are in a windowless room. Faith looks around a corner and sees soldiers and scientists walking around. Across the main room, she can see Riley talking to an older woman who Faith had never seen before.
FAITH (whispering)-
"Where in the hell are we." Charly pulls Faith back as a couple of soldiers walk by. They didn't see them. Charly suddenly hands Faith a set of new clothes.
They walk across the main wall dressed in medical clothes and lab coats. Charly stumbles a little in her heals. They walk towards the holding cells and Faith sees Spike. She quickly turns around and walks the other way before the vampire could see her. Suddenly, Charly grabs her arm and motions over to an air duct. Two of the future soldiers were climbing inside.
Inside the duct, Faith could see one of the soldiers with a bag filled with holy water and the other soldier dropping red coloring in it. Soon, it looked like dark red blood. They drop into Spike's cell. Faith starts to make her move when she hears a voice.
VAMPIRE-
"Don't drink it. It's drugged." Faith can heard Spike chuckle and throw the bag down. The soldiers look at each other, both wondering what to do now? They start to crawl out of the vent duct. The soldiers drop out of the duct and are meet by Faith and Charly. After a short struggle, Faith sends the two goons back to their own time. Suddenly, they can hear the sound of hands clapping. Faith and Charly turn around and they can see Colonel Hawkins walking up.
HAWKINS-
"Excellent work, Faith."
FAITH-
"Do I know you?"
HAWKINS-
"Sure....it's been a while, though."
CHARLY-
"Why are you doing this?"
HAWKINS-
"Simple. To end the world."
FAITH-
"So, you can rule in the future?"
HAWKINS-
"No, I don't care what time it is. Well, speaking of which, I have to be off. Faith, see you around." He disappears in a flash of light.
FAITH-
"Oh my God. It can't be."
CHARLY-
"What?"
FAITH-
"The First."
