Willow woke up in her bed back in Sunnydale. She looked around, it was twilight out and the sun was just beginning to reclaim its place in the sky. She looked over at her alarm clock, the digital red numbers that glowed 5:25 A.M. Willow shook her head. She didn’t understand what was going on, one minute she was with Jenny and Gwen and the next she was here. Slowly she got out of her bed and walked over to her lap top. She opened it up and looked at the lower right hand corner where the date was displayed; it read January 13. Today was the day her parents had told her she was being shipped off to boarding school. Could it all have really been a dream?
Willow had to find out. She got dressed and grabbed the keys to the car but not before leaving her parents and note that said she had borrowed the car.

Willow pulled up to the school and parked her car. She got out and walked on top the quad where most of the students hung out. She saw Gwen sitting at a table and she walked over to her.
“Hi,” Willow said, “I know you might not remember but….”
“Willow?”
Willow smiled in relief and sat down, “You remember?”
Gwen nodded, “Everything, but I think we’re the only ones.”
“What happened to everyone?”
“Kate’s in a mental institution, I think she remembered some of what happened. She kept going on about how a red haired witch and I stole her powers and Michelle,” she says and points over at the girl, “Is over there.”
Willow turns around and stares at Michelle who seems un-phased by everything that happened. Willow watches as Michelle walks under a low hanging branch that brushes her wig off. Willow’s mouth drops open in shock as the other students begin to laugh at Michelle.
“Oh yeah did I mention she lost all her hair,” Gwen said, a small smile playing across her lips, “Paybacks a bitch. Jamison’s alive too.”
“Really?”
Gwen nods, “Yeah actually apparently we’re friends,” she smiles, “I really like him.”
“I know…..what about you….did you lose….I mean are you still…..”
Gwen gives her a pained smile, “Yeah I lost my powers and I’m back to electro girl,” she holds up a gloved hand, “Hence the gloves.”
“Gwen?”
“It’s fine; it’s what we had to do.”
Willow smiles as the bell rings, “I guess I should go.”
Willow and Gwen get up and stand facing one another, “Yeah…this is it huh?”
Willow nods, “I think it is.”
“Take care of yourself.”
“I will,” she replied before giving Gwen a hug. She let her go and watched as Gwen walked away towards Jamison, who took her hand. Willow smiled.
Gwen turned around for a moment, “Hey Willow! Don’t worry about me! I found something better!”
Willow grinned back at her friend and the turned around walking away.

“Who was that?” Jamison asked, “She looks familiar.”
“Just a friend,” Gwen said with a smile.
