About and hour after getting back to the hotel Lobo showed back up telling me everything went as I said. We headed back to the Office building but just stayed at on the roof. Waiting to see who is where and when Angel will get jumped in his office. I was hovering just outside the window of Angel’s office, looking into it I saw the show start, and then floated back to the roof. I know that now Angel was explaining everything that has happened, and how that this was the Last stand deal. But this time I’m here and I have friends.
After about ten minutes, I walked down and found Wesley and the rest about to head over to Spikes apartment to head to see Illyria to get her to join the group so we all allowed. After a while we started talking.
“So that what was going on, then” Spike asked
“Yep now you guys see why I couldn’t tell you” I said “ So I take it, it went well.”
“Just peachy, we almost killed angel” Wesley said
“Yeah but that’s what was going to happen. You see guys, we are here for you and you all have more of a chance of getting out of this alive. Hellboy Lobo and I can more then take these Black thorns ourselves” I said
“Little cocky aren’t you” Gunn said.
“Nope, just good. You should be a little more grateful that I’m here, Gunn, this time you won’t end up half dead. But right now we wait until Angel gets back.”
So after Angel gets through with the meeting with the black thorn, send harmony after Hamilton. He does the crap to get Lindsey to join the fight. Then he headed off to Spikes place to find us. This time Illyria and Drogyn are just fine, and as angel walks in on us sitting around waiting, and he had a few questions.
“Ok, if this is Drogyn, then who the hell did I kill?” Angel asked
“Kill, Who you kidding wuss” Lobo laughed “all you did was get rid of a pain in my neck.”
“We made Lobo look like Drogyn, seeing how I said not one of the good guys was going to die this time. I know you couldn’t kill Lobo if you tried. So we made him go in Drogyn’s place.”
“Hmmm, well looks like you guys should come in handy after all.”
“That’s what I keep telling you.” I said with a smile.
“Ok Guy, I want you all to do something for me for yourselves, take the day off”
“What?” spike said, weirdly.
“Angel if where planning on assassinating the power elite of the apocalypse shouldn’t we be cowboying up”
“Well be ready, but for today I want you to go out, live. Do whatever you want, the day like it’s your last, because it probable is”
“Not if I have anything to say about it,” I laughed “ but still sound like a good idea.”
Everyone did the same thing as they should have beside Wesley, he didn’t have to patch up Illyria’s wounds this time. So the five of us once again fly around the solar system. Then went to find Lobo some Weapon, we kind of “Ninja’d” them from a local military base. But we took Hellboy approach in ammo, all the bullets where hollow points that we filled with Holy water and garlic powder. Then we went to the Moon to sit and have a picnic. Yeah I know how it sounds but again why the hell not.
While we where there told Wesley to explain what he we feeling to Illyria, what he wished he could be doing right now, instead of sitting here on the moon with us. And so, he did. He told Illyria that he wished he was with Fred and that he wished that Illyria had never came to be here. Let out all his feeling, and Illyria finally understanding what Fred had meant to him over the passed few weeks. After all then we went back to Spikes place as planned. Angel laid out the orders of how we where going to handle each member. Spike to the Fell Brethren's monastery, Lindsey takes out the Sahrvin Clan with the help of Lorne, Illyria goes after Izzerial the devil and three other members of the Circle. Now Wesley will go after, Wesley, the expert on magic and demons, is assigned to Cyvus Vail, And Gunn Senator Brucker's forehead, and takes on all her vampire bodyguards.
“Ok sound like a good plan, But…. I’m also going along with Wesley, because this is oh kills him. With the Lantern Ring, I’ll have an easy go at Fighting that old ass Cyvus. Wesley won’t be able to survive him if I don’t. And Lobo you go with Gunn, He finished his job but didn’t make it out that well, he would of only lasted a few more hour, and you had a lot of stuff heading at you after this.” I said.
“Ok then, so it all goes well for the rest of us.” Angel asked,
“Hmmm, I’m thinking maybe Hellboy should go with you, because Hamilton can take a lot of punishment.” I said
“So you know my plan, huh?” Angel said
“Yep”
“Ok, Hellboy your with me then.” Angel said “the alley just north of the Hyperion hotel, will meet up there, if we do any damage, the senior partners are going to rain hell down on us. So be ready.”
“Trust me angel I will be,” I said, because I know what’s coming. Pretty much and army of demons”
“Is that it, Ha, I thought you said it would be a fight” Lobo Laughed
