MARS 2519
Faith held the trembling form of Charly close. The former military officer had just had her first sexual experience. Faith gently kisses Charly.
FAITH-
"You okay, babe?"
CHARLY (panting)-
"Yes....oh God....that was....amazing." Faith couldn't help express her smile, until the door bell rings on Faith's quarters. Outside was Chappelle.
CHAPPELLE-
"Hey, guys....we got an emergency alert from the Valleris Marianas. I think they need some help...like our kind of help."
CHARLY-
"Okay, you'll be right there....shit." She kisses Faith once more, and gets out of bed. It was time to go to work.
After a shower, Charly and Faith joins Chappelle, Phelps, and the souled vampires Angel and Kennedy on the main deck. Their destination was a large canyon on Mars, three times deeper and longer than the Grand Canyon on the now frozen Earth.
CHARLY-
"Did they say what was down there?"
CHAPPELLE-
"No...just something weird."
ANGEL-
"No Earth government presence either." Since the death of the Earth President Richard Wilkins at the hands of Faith, a 'Wanted Dead or Alive' bounty had been placed on their heads. That sort of attention attracted all sorts of soldiers and bounty hunters.
PHELPS-
"The report says that the distrubance is in the deepest part of the canyon."
CHARLY-
"Take us in."
The former military troop carrier descends down the long walls of the Valleris Marianas. Fianlly, they reached the bottom of the canyon and the ramp goes down. Since the canyon was so deep, it was safe for Angel and Kennedy to walk outside the ship. The six of them walked towards a small building that was beside the entrance to a large cave. As they approached the cave, a young scientist comes running out.
SCIENTIST-
"Hello, are you with the government."
CHARLY-
"No....
SCIENTIST-
"Oh, thank God. I'm Doctor Strangelove." Faith couldn't help but laugh, until she saw that the scientist was completely serious. "What's funny?"
FAITH-
"Well...you know....your name, it's like the movie."
STRANGELOVE-
"What's a movie?"
FAITH-
"Uh...right. So, what is it that this so important."
STRANGELOVE-
"Follow me."
