The vampire in uniform continued to run until it reached a house. It was an old farmhouse that seemed abandoned, but the vamp knew it well. It walked toward it when someone came bounding up in front of him.
"Mister, what are you doing here? It's my home and no on else should be here." a little boy, with blue jean overalls a old cowboy hat on said.
"I was just walking." the vampire said.
"What's your name?" the boy asked.
"Well Captain Steve Oakland, but you can call me Steve." Steve said,
"Alright Steve, I guess you can stay here." The boy said almost reading Steve's mind and then he disappeared throwing Steve off a little more than he had been. He knew something was different about him(this is Steve him) but he didn't know what, he was craving something weird though, blood.
