Faith opens her eyes and looks around. 'Oh, God, the wreck...I hope everyone's all right.' She lifts the covers and finds herself dressed in a hospital gown. She jumps out of bed and looks at the room. Nothing on the walls. Instead of a window, there is a steel shutter. She opens it, and a bright blue beautiful sky reveals itself. She stretches, but something big catches her eye. In the sky hangs the large cerscant form of the planet Jupiter. The door to the room opens, and Clements steps inside.
CLEMENT-
"Miss Lehane. I'm Dr. Clement, how are you feeling?"
FAITH-
"Where in the fuck am I?"
CLEMENT-
"You're in a hospital on Castillo." Outside of the room, watching through a camera, Charly and 15 soldiers stood guard...just in case.
FAITH-
"Look, Doc...I know I'm not the best at all that science shit...but even I know we haven't any bases near Jupiter."
CLEMENT-
"What's the last thing you remember?"
FAITH-
"The accident. Is everyone else okay. Giles, Buffy, where are they?"
CLEMENT-
"Miss Lehane....what I am about to tell may come as a shock....it's 400 years later. You were critical injuried in the accident, and Buffy Summers requested cryo-frezzing until you could be healed."
FAITH (shaking her head)-
"BULLSHIT!!" She kicks Clement in the stomach and storms out of the door. She is meet by the soldiers, but she starts taking them out easily. Charly runs up and shoots Faith with a stun blast. The last thing Faith saw was a black haired Tara aiming a rifle at her.
Faith wakes up again, this time in a nicer room. Sitting there was the Tara look alike.
FAITH-
"Tara, you shot me. Didn't know you had it in you."
CHARLY-
"My name is not Tara, she was an ancestor of mine. My name is Major Charly Maclay. Sorry, I had to shoot you, but you went a little wiggy on us. It was just a stunner, something to knock you out." Faith tries to get up but an invisible force was holding her down. "Faith...I'm sorry it could four hundred years to thaw you out. But a lot of things have changed since you were frozen."
FAITH-
"I can't move." Charly moves her rifle to her lap and grabs a small remote.
CHARLY-
"If I release the restraints....you promise to behave."
FAITH-
"Sure...and if I don't you'll just shoot me with that damn gun again."
CHARLY-
"Don't push me, Faith. Next time, it could be a live round. I don't know why they want to do this rescue mission to Titan, but I have my orders." She pushes the button, and Faith sits up.
FAITH-
"400 years...so everyone's gone. What about Angel and Kennedy?"
CHARLY-
"Unknown. They disappeared about 150 years ago, and haven't been seen since. We suspect they went to Titan, but we have no evidence of that."
FAITH-
"Titan?"
CHARLY-
"The largest moon in the Saturn system, and home of the vampires."
FAITH-
"Why hasn't the Council sent a team of Slayers to clean house yet."
CHARLY-
"Faith, the Council was disbanded about fifty years ago. For some reason, we don't known why, but Slayers stopped being called. One theory was the Earth...up until that time, all the Slayers called was born in Southern Earth."
FAITH-
"Southern Earth?"
CHARLY-
"Earth has been in an Ice Age for the past two hundred years. The only people living on the Earth, live in South America, Africa, and Australia."
FAITH-
"No more slayers, huh? Until now....one girl in all the world."
CHARLY-
"One girl in all the Solar System."
