BATTLESTAR GALATICA
The Cyclons were created by humans. They rebelled and the Cyclon War followed. After a long hard struggle, the Cyclons left to find a new home. Nobody has seen the Cyclons for forty years.
UNIVERSITY OF CAPRICA
CAPRICA CITY
Dr. Rupert Giles, a professor of history, was still trying to gather his things together. Buffy Summers, his teacher's aide, was trying to help, but her sister kept into in the way. Dawn was still in high school, and her plans was to go hang out with Janice. Her older sister put her foot down and decided that she was coming with them.
DAWN-
"I promise I'll behave....I can stay over at Janice's."
BUFFY-
"No, Dawn....you're coming with us."
DAWN-
"Why are we going the same old Colonial junk pile? I mean who cares if it's beening decommissioned."
GILES-
"Because I was asked to go there by Secretary of Education Roslin to come. Besides, it could be fun...you know, nice dinner...."
DAWN-
"...boring speeches."
GILES-
"In that case, if we have to suffer....so do you. Come on, Willow and Tara are waiting downstairs."
BATTLESTAR GALACTICA
Lieutenant William "Spike" Pratt walks towards his wairitng Viper fighter. He is soon joined by Lieutenant Faith "Slayer" Lehane.
SPIKE-
"Morning, Slayer."
FAITH-
"Hi, Spike. Do you hear about Starbuck?"
SPIKE-
"No. What do she do now?"
FAITH-
"She punched the frak out of Tighe."
SPIKE (laughs)-
"My kind of girl." They enter the cockpits of their Vipers, after five minutes of pre-flight, Spike and Faith were streaking down the launch tubes of the Galatica.
The Colonial Marines have always been a proud unit. Unlike the command staff, who was known for their spit and polish, and the pilots, who was known for their attitudes and maverick lifestyles, the Marines were known for combat. Major Liam Angel hated the job, and he was looking forward to going back to Caprica....back to Buffy. They had meet one time at a government dinner honoring the university she goes to. He enters his office to find Captain Riley Finn packing some of his stuff.
Unlike Angel, Riley loved the Marines, but he also had a wife he wanted to see. Sam was a Lieutenant on the Battlestar Pegasus and a fellow Marine.
ANGEL-
"When will you and Sam meet up?"
RILEY-
"After the decommissioning, and then me and Sam are meeting on Caprica. What about you?"
ANGEL-
"Buffy's coming here. With Secretary Roslin's party."
RILEY-
"Well, sir...I'll try to stay out of the office then."
ANGEL-
"Shut up, Riley."
