Everything about her smacked of power. The way she stood, with her hands on her hips and her head cocked slightly to one side. The way she walked, the graceful catlike movements. She had power, yes, indeedy.
And she knew she needed that power, considering her setting. She was in a graveyard, standing proud, her head tilted slightly as she listened. It was just after sunset, and a cool breeze was in the air. She shivered slightly, wishing she was wearing warmer clothes than a t-shirt and black jeans. But then she froze.
