SUNNYDALE CRATER - 2103
Sarah sits at the table in the interview room when Buffy is brought in under guard. She had decided to tell them one at a time, of course she still didn't know what to tell them. The guard gently sit Buffy down.in her unflattering green surgical scrubs.
SARAH-
"Hi, I'm Dr....well just call me Sarah...."
BUFFY-
"Skip it."
SARAH-
"Look, I know that things are very confusion. You see....well...."
BUFFY-
"What year is this?" Good, Sarah thinks, simple questions.
SARAH-
"2103."
BUFFY-
"Do we time travel or something?"
SARAH-
"What's the last thing we remember?"
BUFFY-
"Standing over the crater that used to be Sunnydale after The First was destroyed. The next thing I knew I was here."
SARAH-
"Buffy...we cloned you."
BUFFY-
"Wait...you're Willow!"
SARAH-
"No, I'm Sarah Rosenberg....her great grand daughter."
BUFFY-
"Wait....Willow's gay."
SARAH-
"Two years before The First...the entire Scooby Gang became pregnant by the way of a spell. Because they were mystical births, we couldn't put that memory in."
BUFFY-
"How many kids did I have?"
SARAH-
"In total three...one mystical and two with the vampire Spike."
BUFFY-
"Spike was destroyed."
SARAH-
"We came back and worked in Angel."
BUFFY-
"Who were they? My children...where are they?"
SARAH-
"Kendra Summers was killed in...."
BUFFY-
"No!!! Stop!!!" She places her hands over her face and cries. Sarah starts to cry to.....this was so unfair. She signals for the guards to take her away. Sarah gets up and leaves the room. She walks up to Angel.
SARAH-
"Who's fucking idea was this?!"
ANGEL-
"It was mine...why?"
SARAH-
"We have no right to do this to them?"
ANGEL-
"They're just clones."
SARAH-
"How can you of all people say that. You were their friend."
ANGEL-
"When you have lived as long as I have, we learn to make some hard decisions. If they can't stop St. Vigerous, we'll be back in the Dark Time. Like it was sixty years ago."
SARAH-
"One things is certain....you're going to tell Buffy about you and Kennedy."
ANGEL-
"Fine. Now get in there and interview the others."
SARAH-
"Later....I need a break."
