NEW YORK - 2045
The airplane lands at the remains of JFK airport. After landing, Buffy calls Willow and Maple to the back of the plane. Faith looks on as she watches her girlfriend nod her head. Finally, they come back to the main cabin.
BUFFY-
"Okay, three teams: me and Spike; Willow, Oz, and Angel; and Faith and Maple. We'll go to Manhattan and begin searching the skyscrapers. My guest is that Drac has himself held up on the top floor of the Empire State Building."
OZ-
"How's that?"
BUFFY-
"That's his style."
After reaching Manhattan, Spike and Buffy head directly towards the Empire State Building.
SPIKE-
"You're sure about this, pet?"
BUFFY-
"Totally." Suddenly, a group of vampires aimed with crossbows surrounds them. "Of course, things could go wrong."
The vampires escort Buffy and Spike into the elevator. It heads directly towards the top floor, and the door opens. Dracula and Kennedy are sitting on thrones in front of a large window.
DRACULA-
"Buffy Summers....it pleases me to see you again."
BUFFY-
"Kennedy, let's go." Kennedy starts laughing.
KENNEDY-
"Mother....things have changed. You see, I told Vlad I would never let him sire me.....I changed my mind." She vamps out, this time in full vampire face. A tear rolls down Buffy's cheek. Suddenly, the vampires lead Buffy and Spike over to a set of chomping blocks and leans them over. Their hands are tied behind their backs.
DRACULA-
"Now, my love....prove yourself." He hands Kennedy an axe. "Kill them." Kennedy takes the axe and walks over towards her parents. She places the axe on the back of Buffy's neck. Kennedy then raises the axe over her head.
BUFFY-
"Kennedy...I trust and love you."
