PEARL HARBOR, HAWAI'I - 2045
Spike walks down the hallway of the old Navy base's administrative office. He remembers when he heard of the Japanese attack 104 years ago. Back then, he was different....he had no soul....evil. He laughed and danced the Dru all night after the news. Maple walks up to him, and puts her hand on his shoulder.
MAPLE-
"You okay?"
SPIKE-
"Yeah....any news from Kennedy?"
MAPLE-
"No, I sent from Slayers to check out Honolulu, but no sign of Kennedy. But you know her."
SPIKE-
"What the bloody hell is that suppose to mean?"
MAPLE-
"Easy, Billy Roth. I mean when she wants to be found she will be."
SPIKE-
"Your right.....wait, Billy Roth?"
MAPLE-
"Yeah, some singing back in the 20th. My mom told me about him."
SPIKE-
"Bloody hell.....it's Billy Idol and David Lee Roth....why are you have a VH1 moment here?"
MAPLE-
"Okay...okay....what in the hell is VH1?" Spike raises an eyebrow and lits a cigarette.
Kennedy overlooks the vampire's nest. Ten of the them, but they weren't organized. Her hands reaches under her father's former coat and she brings out two short swords. She jumps down and hides the swords behind her back. One of the vamps spot her.
VAMP-
"Who in the fuck are you?"
KENNEDY-
"Oh, just your ordinary helpless little girl."
VAMP-
"Good." The vampire charges at her, and she cuts his head off before he even stopped running. The other vampires stand up.
VAMP 2-
"A slayer!"
KENNEDY-
"Oh....something more dangerous." She puts her game face on, but it was different than a vampires. She eyes and teeth were like theirs, but she had no bumping forehead. "Now, you boys be gentle...it's my first time." She runs towards them with both swords swinging and in a matter of ten minutes, all ten vampires were dust. If only Spike and Buffy could see this moment....Kennedy Summers was smiling.
