"Stupid test. I wish we could just go through college without them, I mean do we really have to know who Aristotle and Caesar are and what they did? It's not like I'm going to need that stuff when stopping a robber or pulling someone over." Buffy said to herself while sitting at the desk in the dorm room and she suddenly realized she figured out what she was going to with her life.
When Willow came in she found Buffy dancing around the room laughing and screaming in delight.
"What did I miss?" Willow asked smiling once Buffy had stopped.
"I know what I'm going to be. I'm going to be a cop. I feel like I'm destined to help people stay safe." Buffy said smiling
"Uh, Buffy, you do already help people. You help them from getting killed by vampires and demons. I know something happened to you and you don't remember but I promise that we'll find an answer. Please don't think everyone is crazy because we're not and the reason that Angel exploded in front of Spike earlier is because the two really don't get along at all actually only a few of us easily get along with him but as you can see more than two people are saying that there is something wrong with what you believe." Willow said hoping Buffy understood her a little.
"I don't know what to say. You know it's pretty late and if I don't get some sleep now then not only will I fail the test I'll also miss it completely." Buffy said and Willow could tell that she was just trying to avoid everything.
~"I had my 'feel left out' times before I became a vampire and maybe possibly after but that doesn't really matter right now." Spike said as he and Buffy walked.
"Yeah I guess everybody does. Seems like everything is pretty quiet tonight that's kind of nice." Buffy said looking around
"I guess that's good I was kind of hoping for a fight though, hey what's that over there." Spike said looking at something.
"I'm not sure. Come on let's go check it out." Buffy said as she walked cautiously over to the bushes.
"It's a demon of some sort. Do you recognize it Spike?" Buffy asked
"Not particularly. It looks weird." Spike said
"Great. Well you wanted a fight let's go get one." Buffy said as she and Spike rushed over to the demon.~
'What the heck was that? I've never had a dream like that before' Buffy thought when she woke up suddenly. When she looked at the clock she found that it was seven in the morning. She figured that since she was going to get up in about an hour and the dream had shaken her a little bet she would stay up and maybe watch a bit of TV.
"You're up. Is everything ok?" Willow said a little surprised that her usually 'sleep till noon friend' was awake.
"Everything's fine I just had a dream that shook me up a bit though. I'll be fine." Buffy said
"What was it about?" Willow asked
"Nothing just William and I. It was weird, I called William Spike which I rarely do and we were fighting something it was almost like I was supposed to fight I wasn't scared and Will was all I don't know but it wasn't like him at all he wanted to fight which Will won't unless he had to. It was a really weird dream." Buffy said rethinking her dream.
"Buffy, I don't think it was just a dream. I know you and Spike went out the night before. Actually we didn't know you were going with him. We just thought that you were patrolling by yourself but when Angel found you two unconscious we figured that either you had met up with him while patrolling or had asked him to come along with you." Willow said getting a 'you're crazy' look from Buffy.
"I'm not crazy Buffy, honest I'm not. Something really did happened to you two." Willow said.
"I have to go get ready for class. I have a test today." Buffy said as she picked up her clothes and headed to the bathroom to get dressed leaving Willow behind looking a little upset. Her best friend had just blown her off.
