Angel felt cold as he was sucked into the pensive and they feeling didn’t dissipate until he was through and inside Dumbledore’s memory. He looked around and he found himself in a field, bodies were strewn everywhere and it was dark out. He could see a younger Dumbledore hiding behind a bush a looking at something in the distance. Next to him was Rufus Scrimgeour. Angel walked up to them and waved his hand on front of their faces but he got no response he was invisible to them. When he was closer he noticed their robes were bloody and ripped. He stood there and listened to their conversation.
“Albus, what’s the plan?” Rufus asked him.
“We try to hold him off, until the others get here,” Dumbledore whispered as the monster came closer and Angel got a better look at.
It was tall, large, and powerful looking. It had 2 horns jutting from its head and its body looked as though it was made harden lava.
“Is the slayer coming?”
“Yes, let’s go on the count of 3.”
“One.”
“Two.”
“Three,” they yelled in unison as Angel was pulled back into reality. The last thing he saw was Rufus charging at the monster as Dumbledore shot a signal of red light into the sky and then ran into the fray of the fight.

“What did you see?” Cordy asked.
“Did you see what’s coming?” Giles said.
“Yeah,” Angel replied.
“And?” Xander asked.
“It looks tough. I’ll draw you a picture of it,” Angel said as he grabbed a piece of parchment and a quill and began to sketch something.
“Did you learn how to defeat it?” Giles asked as Buffy, Spike, Fred, and Wesley walked into the room, joining Giles, Anya, Xander, Cordy, and Angel.
“No,” Angel said.
“Find anything?” Buffy asked.
“Not really, Angel saw the monster,” Cordy said.
“Its here already?” Wesley asked.
“No, in the pensive,” Angel said, I’m drawing a picture right now.
That’s when the building began to shake. It felt as though and earthquake had occurred. Anya ran over to the window and looked out.
“I don’t think that picture,” she said.
“Why?” Angel asked.
“Because I think its here,” she replied as everyone ran over to the window. They all watched as the massive beast pulled it self out of the earth that was Dumbledore’s grave.

“What was that?” Tara asked. She was walking with Willow towards the library when they felt and earthquake.
Willow walked over to the window, “You know that big bad thing that was supposed to be coming.”
“Yeah.”
“I think its here,” she said as Tara walked over and looked out the window with her. The watched as the beast walked towards the school.
“I’m scared.”
“Me too baby, me too,” Willow whispered before she kissed Tara.
“What’s going on?” Gunn asked as he ran up the 2 witches.
“The big baddie’s her,” Willow said.
“Whoa,” he said when he looked out the window and saw the creature.
